The store was very clean, and smelled really good. The man working there was very friendly and attentive. He told us he would bring our food out to the truck to us when it was done. It only took ten minutes to get our order. And, of course, the pizza and bread sticks were really good, and fresh and hot. We were very impressed, and happy we stopped there.

Customer service was great, but unfortunately our dinner wasn’t too great. Sausage didn’t taste good at all and the sauce on both pizzas tasted off. I’m not sure if we will give it another try or not.

Delicious pizza, hand tossed dough not frozen. Had a large pizza party and they had them all made correctly and on time. I love the buttery garlic dipping sauce and peppercini it comes with.

Slow. More than 35 minutes for a single standard pizza. Everyone is working hard to get orders out, which is appreciated, but you didn’t want delivery drivers coming into the kitchen from their car and handling food with their bare hands without washing first

I was on my way home back from Pinetop and wanted to bring home food to my family. We had never tried the Papa John’s here, so didn’t know what to expect at all. I asked if they had any deals and the man said no but ordering online I could find deals. I didn’t have time for such. The service was fine, as he didn’t mind telling me different prices on different items. I ordered a large pepperoni with jalapeños on half which came to 22$, a bit pricey to me(but then again, what isn’t lol)The wait was only about 10 minutes, which is great but the enviornment wasn’t very welcoming. No seating really either. BUT the food was very fresh, it looked nice, smelled good and my family devoured it!! Gone in an instant haha. It’s a nice place to pick up a quick dinner, we will again I’m sure.

So my beef with papa John’s is the delivery fee????? Papa John’s charges $4.99 delivery fee that flows to the owner pocket, not the driver who uses his/her vehicle for gas and wear and tear… $5.00 goes to the OWNER? then on the box says this and the delivery fee is not a tip, that’s separate! I gave a decent tip. This is my first time and last time I order from papa Johns. A $22+ order went to $34+ order. I don’t like that the owner get $5.00 per delivery…. the drivers should get the delivery charge!!!! No papa Johns for my house! And the pizza was just okay! I’ve had waaay better at locals pizza restaurants!

The pizza is great. I am saddened that this was the label on the pizza my mom ordered for me. My mom is one of the most beautiful and kind people, but she is certainly not from California! This was very unprofessional.

I messed up on my order and instead of making a big deal of it, they quickly offered to fix my order (even though I’m the one that messed it up when I placed the online order). I was excited to try the new New York style pizza but I am disappointed. It’s not great. However. I do have to give credit to the delivery driver who called me to let me know he was at my work so he could find me. That’s progress for this particular store. I’ll keep trying the pizza. Hopefully it gets better and better.

Good pizza. Glad I paid attention to my GPS. All signs were not lit, so almost missed it. The guy that helped us was nice. Good option, especially at 10 pm.
