Food, service & atmosphere = 0 ⭐.
In short, I ordered an egg sandwich. 2 people were preparing it. One on the grill and one cutting the roll and adding ketchup. As the cook makes my eggs they start talking about body aches and are touching their bodies( clothing) w the gloves they have on preparing my food. Now I am watching them to see what they do next as I am very conscious about these things. As the woman went very close to my food. I asked her immediately to change gloves. She rolled her eyes but,all I care about at the time is that she listened. No need to argue. The guy( cook) starts flipping the egg onto the spatula with the help of his now contaminated glove and both continued to make the egg sandwich. I took it with the intention of throwing it out. On the way out. The person who appears to be the manager, short Hispanic woman, asked me if I wanted gloves. So I assumed she didn’t understand, and explained that I wanted the employees to change gloves because they were contaminated. And they have their hair touching the shoulders where they were touching with the gloves on. She smiled and said, oh I thought you wanted a glove to eat your food. This kind of response from someone in a store that sells food is a big issue. Not only do they not care about the cleanliness of their store but they don’t care about their customers, how they treat them or spreading foodborne or other illnesses. I told them that I will be contacting the NYS Dept of Health and demanded a refund after I saw how the “manager” thought it was funny to say something like that after a serious concern was raised. I really hope they learn their lesson. They should not have a license to prepare food. For your own safety choose another place.

This is my first time here, I’ve lived in Farmingville for eight years. I didn’t even know it existed, first, thank you for being open on one of the snowstorm days. It was greeted by a smile the staff super polite, but let’s get down to the Food, I don’t think it’s an exaggeration when I say this is one of the best egg sandwiches I’ve ever tasted, I 100% will be back. It literally is right up the road from Me. Thank you guys so much!

Good bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll with salt, pepper, and butter. I would give it an A+, Nice service by the young man. And I haven’t seen these little round juice cups since elementary school. I will have to come back again to try a bagel or sandwich to get the full experience.

Best bagels around but if you order a bagel with cream cheese or butter, they give you hardly anything. Wouldn’t mind if they didn’t charge $3.75 for a cream cheese bagel and $2.75 for a buttered bagel

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and found a foreign object in it. It appeared to be a piece of cream cheese wrapper, paper backed foil about the size of a quarter. When I called I got the distinct impression I was bothering them. Sorry just thought they might wanna pull the contaminated product.

Soggy italian hero. From stale bread to low quality sauce I couldnot stomach the food from here. The bagel was dry and was thin. Service was ok but the food here is not worth the disappointment.
