He refunded my money but proceeded to throw away all the food I had ordered for my young children—without even asking. I explained that my kids were waiting for their food and asked why he would do such a thing. He rolled his eyes again and moved on to serve the next customer, saying, “You’re all set.”
When I asked for a number to contact upper management, he threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I was with all my children, all under the age of 7. I’ve never been treated so rudely in a fast food restaurant. This was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
