Decided to order pizza tonight for my family. Got two pizzas one was correct the other wasn’t. So I called in and the girl told me I just had another person complain that they got your pizza. “Can you bring the other pizza back?” Then she said oh well we can refund you. I said I would really just like the pizza I wanted. So she put the phone down and got another person. A man got on the line and asked me what happened. I said I just wanted the pizza I ordered. He said okay tell me what was on it. I started listing the things I ordered. I got in the car and headed down there. Got there and waited for my new pizza and checked it as I was leaving. There was no bacon on it that I paid for because additional toppings you had to pay for. I was just like whatever I’m hungry and went home. My pizza was RAW. Like the dough was still cold and extremely gooey. I got a pan pizza which the pizza usually is fluffy but not literal goo. I’m extremely upset with my experience. From now on I’ll seek other pizza places around.

Food was great but they (Domino’s) take the delivery charge. The delivery charge does NOT go the driver. There’s a word for that. I won’t be eating here again because of that. The workers are awesome though.

I came today on a Saturday at around like 6 o’clock and I placed my order maybe 30 minutes before and it was ready way before then, I went in and was welcomed, everyone was very nice. Such a hard working team. And my pizzas were perfect! I have another dominos closer to my house but the reviews there weren’t the best, so I don’t mind making a bit of a longer drive to get better food and service!

I’ve been ordering from the Domino’s for a long time and they’re always spot on with the pizza very consistent today. I ordered over the phone and I had to repeat myself many many times like the girl really didn’t understand anything. It was just so crazy anyway the first time I tried and order a salad it didn’t get delivered with my pizza, but she ran back and got my salad. This was the absolute worst salad I have ever ate Domino’s . You can do better get rid of the salad. This is horrible.

Garbage customer service and zero consideration for customer requests. I asked for my pizza to not be cut. It was cut. Next week, I called to ensure they do not cut my pizza, and I was reaffirmed. Surprise surprise! I show up and my pizza was cut. No remorse, eh, “mistakes happen” said the manager. Mistake happens once, twice is a pattern. Will never visit this store ever again, and I live down a block. Would rather drive 5 miles to the other location.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Domino’s on 1858 FM! The moment I placed my order, Ovi, the manager, was beyond accommodating. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, but he took the time to walk me through the menu and helped me make the perfect choice. His customer service was top-notch!
I decided to try their new STUFFED crust, and wow—it was amazing! The pizza was perfectly cooked, the chicken bites and stuffed cheesy bread were delicious, and my wife’s pizza was just as fantastic. I loved my meal so much that I called to find out who made it, and it turns out it was handcrafted by the excellent Gabriel. He deserves an award—Gordon Ramsay himself would be impressed!
This was one of the best carry-out experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to come back for more. Huge thanks to Ovi and Gabriel for making it so great!

This was the FM 359 in Richmond. I placed an order for curbside, after waiting with my flashers on, I gave up! I went inside and got it myself, they said rudely. “You were not out there”.
They were busy inside and did not want to come bring it to me
The whole kicker of this story is that I got my pizza and my cheesy bread and they’re both raw! Unbelievable.

Second time delivery order has been someone else’s order. I called this time and they sent another one out but both the person who answered the phone and the delivery person were very curt and never apologized for messing up the order / the additional wait time. A simple apology would have made it all fine. Mistakes happen. So sad when they don’t show basic courtesy.
