I have simply never had a better Taco Bell experience in my life. A young man took my order in the drive thru and handled all modifications with ease. A young woman handed us our food. Our receipt has the name Caleigh on it. Everyone here deserves a raise. Incredible food. Everything was so fresh and made so well! Everyone was amazing! Ive never had better fast food than the meal I had at this Taco Bell. Absolutely life altering.

Wow. Just wow. This experience is unlike any other I’ve had at Taco Bell. I do not write reviews, but for this location, I am making the exception. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I asked for extra chipotle sauce on my flatbread melt, and they delivered. Why this place is rated mid on here? I’m not sure. This location will not leave you wanting — they give you the best of the best the first time around.

The people are great but you could drive further away and get your order faster. I don’t know why this location is so slow in comparison to any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. Waiting on average 20 minutes to do a mobile pickup is crazy.

Don’t eat at this one. This may be a new taco bell and I had high hopes it would actually be decent. Food quality is terrible. Literally paid 6$ for a crunchwrap Supreme and they didn’t put any meat on it. Same for the chicken item I bought as well. Oh and they are “our of receipts as well” must be out of beef and chicken too since it’s missing from the items I purchased. Sad thing is that when I got home and seen the quality and missing meat and such I remembered I couldn’t call the number on the back of the receipt or return it because I didn’t get one because they are out of them and the paper supposedly. Manager needs to be audited because too many issues for this store to be considered a good new Taco Bell. See photos of this mess

You will not get your complete order. First time was whatever, things happen. Second time (consecutive order) it’s frustrating. Third time in a row? Done, not doing it again.
Only reason Score wasn’t lower was when I’ve gone over to sort it out it’s been largely painless. The only issue is how many times it’s had to be done now.

Nice employees. But every time I come to this location it takes forever to get your food. Go to any of the other 2 located within a mile from this one to get faster service.

For reference I’m here at 8:00pm. The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the people in the kitchen are working hard. Listen, it’s VERY difficult for me to give any fast food restaurant 5 stars. As far as restaurants go they always seem one step behind by basic dining experiences. This one particular Taco Bell is doing great.

While this Taco Bell is consistently the most clean one I’ve ever been in, it is also the slowest for really no reason. Everyone in the drive thru gets served first and if you go inside to order you’re basically screwed. Today we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Other patrons at the store were on their lunch break and ended up not being able to eat their food AND were late going back to work simply just waiting for their food. People were standing at the counter waiting for so long that we all could’ve gone to a sit down Mexican restaurant and had our food sooner than we got our food here and the food that we got wasn’t even that hot like it wasn’t extremely fresh like it should’ve been after that long wait. But everyone in the drive thru got served fast. An employee said “I can’t help it, sorry” about our wait. I wish this were an isolated incident but unfortunately this Taco Bell location is consistently the slowest taco bell I’ve ever been in with waits being ridiculously long no matter what time of day we go.

Did mobile order. The first two workers who offered to assist, I informed them of Mobile order. Claimed working on it. Several minutes passed and noticed no workers. When one returned I waved to get her attention. She looked up my Mobile order and stated hadn’t started it yet. It was 30 minutes before I finally got my food from arriving. Ordered food before shopping at Food City and still took a long time to get my food at Taco Bell. First time visiting and not sure will return. Food good but service slow.
