I came in today 10/11/25 around 8:30ish in the morning and i loved how nice and friendly the young lady was. I believe her name was jazmin, she has amazing customer service. She knows the menu very well, she was really helpful with helping me pick a sandwich. Any question i had she answered. The sandwich was delicious, i will be returning. My husband also loved the recommendation she gave for his sandwich. Amazing place! Super clean and veggies were fresh!

While we were waiting to order, one of the employees entered the restroom then came out immediately, announcing to the other employee that the toilet was clogged. What an appetizing thought/image to people at a restaurant!! Do people just have zero awareness or…??

We got drinks and there was black stuff in the soda! It looked like mold even the dark colored soda we swirled it in the cup and there were black dots that appeared around the cup. I asked for a refund and the lady demanded to see it for herself. She then agreed to refund them but made me stand and wait while she went back to making sandwiches. She then made me go retrieve the cups we had thrown in the trash. DO NOT DRINK FROM THE SODA MACHINE HERE! Subway, you need to improve your customer service.

Honestly this is the rudest service I’ve ever had. I waited forever in line and there was 4 girls in the back and not one wanted to help me. When another gentleman came in they were quick to ask how they can help him. I felt discriminated against and left with an ugly feeling inside of me. Do not recommend this location

I went around 1pm today and the girls there were great! The customer service was awesome! Very welcoming and helpful with the menu! I really appreciated how helpful and patient they were. Definitely going back there! Food was fresh, super good!

Been coming to this specific location for years as it is always on my route for daily drives/errands, and the staff is always so friendly when I come in! Some of the girls even remember what I get on my sandwich and make friendly small talk which I appreciate 🙂
