I’ve never been to a Dunkin with so many options, merch, clean and staff is always so nice. Even when I need extra milk or caramel, it’s never a problem. I also love my Dunkin cat shirt ❤️

We ordered and received our coffees right away. We waited 15 minutes to get our sandwich and hash browns. We had to go to the counter and find out where it was. It finally came and was a dried up sandwich. We got 6 tiny hash browns that the grease was dripping off of them. And still didn’t receive our 2 donuts so another trip to the counter. The coffees were good and hot. But we will not be back. We would not recommend.

Went at 7:01 am there was a car in line before me that was pulling away when I pulled up to box everything was lit up sign and menu there was nothing called store, went to leave went by store front no lights on inside hours said open! If your closed turn your sign off! There were cars pulling in and doing the same thing as me. We stopped down the road the staff there said they dont even go there anymore because DD never opens its different everyday!

Employees are always polite and cheerful. They know my order when I walk in and even know me by name in store or through drive through. I enjoy visiting the store for random donut time or a pint of ice cream. Love you guys! See you next time

Yesterday (Jan 12, 2026) I went to this Dunkin Donuts in Rice Lake WI and bought some Donuts. There’s a man only by himself in the store, and after he gave me the Donuts I asked him in a nice way if I can have a bag to put the box of donuts. He said” we don’t have a bag , and then he continued if you want I can give you a garbage bag That’s what we have here!” I told him, why are you so rude? That’s a clean food you will give me a garbage bag?!” And then he said , I’m sorry. “No, that’s not right to say that to your customer”! I didn’t get his name coz he doesn’t have a name plate. DD should pay attention to this matter.

The Dunkin’ & Baskin Robbins in Rice Lake is such a fun stop! The Cookie Monster ice cream is absolutely delicious, and the staff are always friendly and super quick—even when it’s busy. If you happen to catch them during a slower time, the team (especially the younger staff) are great to chat with and bring such a positive vibe. I’ve never left without a smile thanks to their great service and upbeat attitudes!

Friendly, but very SLOW service. Went thru drive-thru at 12:40pm on a Wednesday. No one was in the store and two employees working. Took 14 minutes from ordering to delivery for 2 double scoops of ice cream and a large flavored lemonade.
Several items we ordered were out of stock and I understand that you can’t always control that, but the menu also wasn’t updated, with incorrect items still listed.
Lastly, kinda confused too why they are hosting a fundraiser for MN Special Olympics in Wisconsin?!?
