-Little over 6 month ago I had my first Popeyes meal and was stunned at the consistency here. You just don’t normally get this from fast food restaurants! A+
-Food packaging is absolute genius! It’s the little things here that make a HUGE difference for customers. Even the packaging of fries were all neatly separated in its own bag keeping them fresh and crispy. Portions are always consistent no matter what I order. I also do deliveries using the DoorDash platform for fun. Never had a single customer complaint!
Restaurant is always neat and tidy from what I have seen. Even the bathroom was super clean and tidy. You just don’t normally get this from restaurants! But, here at this location they are consistent. Consistency compounds and builds over-time. Keep up the GREAT work!

I visited the Oneida Popeyes location for lunch on 12/17/25. I was with a young man who is on the spectrum who sometimes “stims” by jumping and yelling. I let the front counter know so if he did, they would not be startled. Everyone who was working was so kind and understanding. They even asked if they should turn down the music ( I let them know that was not necessary but appreciated the offer) It’s not always easy to find a place to dine in where the staff is so accommodating. The food was fresh and worth the money. I’ve worked with the IDD community for 20+ years and it’s crazy how unwelcoming some establishments are. Not here! Thank you to the staff for not just providing good food but for being so inclusive and making us feel welcome! Great job and we will be back!

It was the most disgusting food I have ever tasted! I was told to pull around after ordering so that my food was fresh and the chicken tenders were made fresh. After sitting in the parking lot for 18 minutes, I went and asked if my food was done. The manager was standing outside smoking and then decided to go and get my food after stating, “This is why I never leave these people on break.” I then got my food 6 minutes after that and watched the manager walk out of the store and leave the building. When I called to complain about the raw chicken, burnt Mac and Cheese, and cold mashed potatoes. I asked to speak to a manager. Apparently, she was still on break 23 minutes later and was told she still had 17 minutes on her break. Then, I was told she was at price chopper shopping, and that is why she wasn’t available. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE! LAZY, DISGUSTING WORKERS AND FOOD PREP!

I wanted to write a review and honestly I wanted to start off with one star because I ordered the chicken sandwich regular not spicy with no pickles. The girl came outside to hand it to me. Asked me if I got the classic with no pickles. I said yes. I drive off look at my sandwich. It’s a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles on it for the amount of money they charge for a chicken sandwich. So I understand what it takes to run a business so I would not give you guys a one star because the food actually was good .You would think it would be right but I guess I get it. Other than that the food was very delicious. Just try to get the orders right please

First time ever eating at a Popeyes. Was a bit pricey. But the quality and customer service definitely was above my expectations. I had a chicken and bacon sandwich meal. With Cajun Fries and a Dr. Pepper. It was very big and could tell it was freshly cooked. It is huge for a chef to receive top notch food. I am one and don’t like to cook some days. Thank you for the good meal and I give them a great review in return.

I went in for the first time and ordered a few items that wouldn’t be ready for a few minutes and the gentleman taking my order took time to ensure the wait wouldn’t be an inconvenience for me. The staff (Chase, two Sarahs, and the Cook, Allen) were genuinely very friendly and seemed to enjoy providing prompt and quality service. Their upbeat attitudes and willingness to make my trip a truly positive experience is in stark contrast to most other fast food restaurants. I would recommend anyone stop in while Chase, Allen and the two Sarahs are working!

Arrived around 9pm no one was there went to the drive through and received amazing customer service. She suggested I get the sweet tea combo so I got that and a number one. The fries were ice cold my drink was so nasty I had to pour it out, my sandwich was warm but the taste was good. Great customer service but sadly sub par food was no customers in sight.

I decided to try this place out!!!! Thankfully I only made it as far as the counter, three people in the place working, and I stood there for 23 minutes and nobody came to counter!!! I decided to leave and walk out!! Not welcoming or friendly place at all!!! And I WILL NOT RETURN!! I’ve had door dash customers complain about terrible food and food being burnt, not cooked and staff not attending to place! LIVE AND LEARN!! MUST BE THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE THE PLACE IS BEING DRIVEN INTO THE GROUND!!!

It seems this place is short staffed all the time and I feel bad for them. The food is still really good. I feel like the staff would be in better spirits if they had the help they needed. But with all the set backs they still get through it. I definitely will always go here but would love to see them get more staff and help! I’d love to see what they could do with a full staff! Keep going guys!
