I go to subway a lot and love it, but this was a terrible experience at this location. Staff all acted like they didn’t care about customers and the lady who served us acted like she didn’t want to be there. If I asked for a “little bit” of soemthing, she gave me a lot. If I asked for a regular amount of something, she gave me a little. She also apparently had zero training on how to wrap/close a wrap. Photos of how she did it. She kinda half squished, half rolled it shut but didn’t close up the ends at all. It was an absolute mess to eat, especially in the car. I also noticed all the Subway locations in this area have bad reviews, so it sounds like some new management could be helpful.

Heli, runs the best subway in the area. The subs are well made and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The store is always in top condition and I thoroughly enjoy every time I eat there.

Since the new management took over, this Subway has truly improved. The team is friendly, attentive, and always willing to accommodate special requests. The restaurant is cleaner, the atmosphere is more welcoming, and customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority. If you want a great Subway experience, this location under its new management is highly recommended.

Went in there and saw a familiar face, Hali, She is absolutely wonderful, the new management has done great for this store!! Super clean, and very friendly environment. Glad to see new faces in evening hours, very Positive changes. Five stars!

There was a Kind lady who greeted us in and fixed our subs after the fact…but as soon as we came in we could hear the other Obnoxious woman in the back acting a fool of herself the First Lady even had to apologize to us for her behavior and fix our subs since the loud lady wouldn’t listen to us. She rushed us and was overly aggressive and rude while taking our orders. I don’t think you should be screaming to your brother on the phone while you are at work especially around food. Will not be coming back due to her lack of respect.

The poor woman who was working was all by herself, so I do not fault her at all. But I waited over an hour from the time that I put the order in until it was time for me to pick it up. Then to make things even worse, she didn’t have the ability to issue me a refund herself, she had to take more time out of her busy workload to call her manager Heli and ask if I could get a refund. Heli did not answer. We definitely won’t be back.

Sub wasn’t bad but I had to avoid the veggies based off the how the cooling unit looked. Half the pans were frosted up the side turning the lettuce brown. Might need someone to take a look at the temperature settings or start cutting fresh in the mornings since I was there just after open.
