The Pizzeria is getting better and better. The wife my dad and I went and ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a order of deep fried mushrooms. The mushrooms tasted good but the Hawaiian pizza was awesome. It had a smoked taste to it that I haven’t ever tasted before any other place and had plenty of toppings. Our server was on point and everything came out in a very reasonable time.

We drove nearly 45 minutes to try this place after it was highly recommended, expecting a great dining experience. Unfortunately, we were absolutely appalled from start to finish — both by the service and the food.
Our server, Bonnie, was shockingly rude and unpleasant. When we asked what beers were on draft, she simply handed us her personal order pad to figure it out ourselves. When we ordered extra-crispy wings, they came out soggy and borderline undercooked.
My husband requested chicken and spinach on his pizza. When he asked Bonnie whether crispy or grilled chicken would be better, she replied with an attitude of “as far as what?” — as if the question was an inconvenience. The pizza arrived floppy, with no crisp at all, and missing the spinach entirely. Even after pointing it out, only the chicken was on the pizza — still no spinach.
Throughout the meal, Bonnie was unhelpful, inattentive, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had, and it’s baffling how someone with that attitude continues to work in customer service.

Let me just tell you how amazing and mouth-watering pizzas & food in general they have. The small size is actually like a medium and it was perfect, I finished a whole small pizza by myself & it was delicious. The customer service & waiter was phenomenal in checking in & assisting us with anything. Super friendly & great tasting pizza

I did not think i would like spinach chicken wraps but they are amazing! Highly recommend! If you are in a rush keep in mind it took 25 minutes for them to make it but definitely tasty and worth it if you have time to wait. They are really yummy from scratch chips that are served with it and they are really yummy. With a drink, it cost $16. thank you

Great pizza and very friendly employees! I stopped by to quickly grab a box of pizza on my way back home from Monroe to Atlanta. I grew up in Monroe and I sometimes stop by the downtown area to get my hair cut and visit with my parents. I had just wrapped up a long week and I was met with smiling faces and tasty pizza. It was piping hot, fresh, I really enjoyed the tomato sauce, an overall awesome experience. I’ll be back someday soon. Thank you!

Went to eat at restaurant.After 21 minutes still no drinks.Waitress seem nice.I notice that three sets of guest arrived after me and got their order taken and drinks.My order was taken then no one came back. I work very hard for my money this is the second time Ive been there and servive is slow. The first time the pizza was good.This place needs to provide better service. I will not come back.When I treat myself to go out I should get good service. This place appears not to share that concept.

I’ve only ordered here from door dash. Even with it being delivery, it’s always SO GOOD. From pizza, subs, calzone and garlic knows, it’s always super good!! I could only imagine dining in is top tier.

Went tonight. First and last time. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s “New York style pizza”. It’s the furthest thing from it. Same with the atmosphere.
We walked in. NO one acknowledged us. We didn’t know if we were to be seated or seat ourselves. A customer seated told us to let the girls know we wanted to sit in a booth that needed to be cleaned. There was a 6 person table filled. And two other booths filled. Not busy at all but the lady customer said they just got done with a dinner rush. It was approx. 8:15pm. They had a sign up that said….”wait time…45 minutes”. I asked if that meant dine in or delivery. They said dine in was now 20 minutes. We ordered two pizzas and chicken Alfredo. We found two (2) slim pieces of chicken in the Alfredo. My pizza was not to have mushrooms. They were on the pizza. Both pizzas were thin crust. They couldn’t be picked up. I had to use a knife and fork. Although the flavor was okay. Not a flavor or texture that will bring us back. My biggest issue was no friendly communication. No communication at all. You order first. Then sit. They have only been open for 3 months. Good luck for the next 3 months.
PS: the appearance is beautiful. Don’t let it fool you.

AWESOME ! Visited on opening day and they really know what they’re doing ! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. Really gives off good vibes. I got a fresh pizza within 15 minutes which was absolutely delicious. I ate a piece before taking a picture lol. Lots of options for food. On street parking, festive, good music playing, super clean. The list goes on and on, definitely not going anywhere else for my pizza ! I’ve visited plenty of places that don’t put enough toppings and charge an arm and a leg but not Monroe Pizzeria! Thanks for the great service and food!
