I am a repeat customer at this location and have never experienced this level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior before. During my visit today, I was placing my order in the drive-through and mispronounced an item. I immediately apologized and clarified that I wanted the item the employee had mentioned. Instead of responding professionally, the employee told me, “Okay then say it correctly,” in a rude and dismissive tone.
I was completely appalled by this behavior. I decided that I did not want to support that kind of treatment and chose to leave the drive-through. As I was leaving, the employee threw a soda at my car.
This behavior was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially over a simple misunderstanding.
This took place on February 21, 2026 at 6:30pm and it was a young black female working at the drive through. 🙁

The customer service at this location is absolutely abysmal. Is someone forcing the person at the drive thru to work?! Also – I watched a worker, who I’m assuming is handling the food (note the plastic gloves), deliver meals to waiting cars and then touch the door with the same gloves. Update: still terrible. Employees are nicer than they were, but there’s never enough of them to put out food correctly or promptly. Clearly an issue with the franchisee or management. Doubt they care though since the location keeps volume coming regardless. Wish I could enjoy taco bell here more often.

This place is an absolute disgrace to the Taco Bell brand. I don’t even know where to start — the food was disgusting, thrown together with zero care. It looked and tasted like garbage. The customer service? Completely unprofessional and clueless. It’s like they’ve never been trained or even tasted what they’re serving.
To make things worse, my entire order was WRONG. Not one thing was correct — how hard is it to follow a simple order?! The whole place is a mess: dirty, disorganized, and full of attitude. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open.
Taco Bell corporate should shut this store down immediately. It’s ruining your name and turning customers away for good.

Everything about this kfc and Taco Bell is terrible the staff in the drive thru are awful people the food is under cooked they never give you correct sauce the taco looks like the made them earlier in the day it’s unacceptable and I will never ever go to this place again and I wish they would shut this place down and put something else in this location please do us all in sliver spring a favor and closed this place down

They forgot the 2 packets of sauce I asked for.
I watched my order sit for 4 or 5 min until someone noticed me glaring at them to get my order. Now my food is colder than fast food should be.
The workers are either untrained or just don’t care even a little to work. One was literally standing behind the door just yelling “people are here. Diablo sauce! “
