Unfortunately, I have given this location one too many chances hoping the food and coffees will get better. Three times I have ordered a toasted bagel, each time the bagel has been a rock hard. I pay extra for cream cheese, which they barely put any on. Its ridiculous! We also ordered snackin’ bacon, which was very soft and fatty. The coffee was decent this last time. Service is always very slow at this location, even when there are no customers. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back to this location… Its too expensive for cold, old food to which they cannot make correctly.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin’. I ordered an iced coffee with 5 creamers and 4 caramel swirls, but the drink I received was much darker than what you would expect with that amount of creamer and flavoring.
This is not what I ordered or paid for, and the lack of accuracy has left me very dissatisfied. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return for a long time. It is unfortunate because I enjoy Dunkin’ but I cannot support a brand that is this unprofessional.

Had to wait nearly 40 mins in the drive thru with no one in line and maybe one customer inside. Multiple employees inside. Multiple people talking on drive thru headsets at the same time. Staff seemed to be genuinely struggling with something. Better management needed or more help.

This place sucks. Every time I order something it’s messed up. Whether it’s on doordash or in the drive thru. They’re always out of stuff. Today I ordered a cold brew specifically with no dairy and they put whipped cream on top. I also got a muffin that’s rock hard and looks like it has sat out for a week. I’m done with this place. The muscle shoals location is the only one I’m going to bother with from now on.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and my coffee and donut were great. I spent some time working at a table while in between doctor appointments, and it was an enjoyable and productive experience. Also, the music playlist they had was great! I enjoyed listening to it while I worked.

Waiting in line for 20-30mins is way too long for a drive-thru with minimal traffic. Every time I visit this location something is wrong with my drink order or food. Today they’ve finally lost my service! How do you forget to put bread on a sandwich ♂️? I understand it’s 7:30 in the morning but come on people. I’ve ruined my work clothes because y’all gave me a box dripping with oil and I dealt with my drinks being made wrong(still was good though). However, yesterday my sandwich had old smelly green eggs on it and today y’all forget the bread!

Next time I go I’ll have pics. Came in for a box of donuts and had coupon for a free iced coffee. Had the vanilla and pecan, they were really good. I only asked for 2 pumps instead of the usually 3 and that was still sweet for me. Employees were nice and store looked clean. 6:00 am visit – Pumpkin Muffin is soft, fresh and Yummy. Coffee was great!

I go in order pay for my food. Leave and get back to my job and my food is wrong… I ordered a grilled cheese at bacon and loaded hash browns. Had no bacon on my grilled cheese and no cheese on my hash browns (whats loaded) called and the mgr told me I had to come back in order to get my food fixed. She couldn’t take my name over the phone. This is why I stopped going there. I paid for what I ordered and didnt get what I ordered and u want me to come back bc of ur mistake. Never again!!!!! This was the Florence store.

This morning I made an order through the mobile app and when I arrived to pick up my order they tried telling me that I never placed an order and they started to not give me my drink until I had to let them know that the money has already came out of my bank account then the girl stated well I guess I’ll give you the drink even though nothing has popped up.

I placed a DoorDash pickup order and went to the drive thru to get a coffee as well. They asked me to wait, then told me DoorDash must come inside even though I’m not a delivery driver. I went in and waited at the register and when someone finally acknowledged me I tried to show them my doordash app with the order. The worker said “over there just get them” and didn’t stop to take my coffee order. I’m not hard to please, but they were not busy and there was no reason for the abrasive attitude and lack of customer service. Leaving with overpriced donuts and no coffee.
