Worst service I have ever had, wish I could give zero stars. The store was empty and not a single employee out of 4 wanted to acknowledge me in the front. I waited longer than 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me so I could pay my order from the ziosk with cash. As more customers are ordering on the machines my order was not in queue because I had not paid my cash due to being ignored by the employees working right in front of my face. I tried to get their attention multiple times very politely. I tried to get manager’s attention as well. I finally pay and to top it off a lady returned her food cause it was wrong after taking it out of the bag instead of tossing the food a worker then tried to put the already touched food inside of my bag my boyfriend noticed it and had him replace it . ♀️

Not even once that I’ve come to this Wendy’s I have received a good customer treatment. I’ve been here like 6 different time and the employees always have an attitude or problem. This time they didn’t even check my order right, missing my fries and when I asked for them a lady that shaves the back of her head, gave it to me with a face and an attitude like it was my fault or problem they mess a simple order.

I love eating at this Wendy’s. I guess because it is new the food is a lot fresher, the service is fast, and the place is very clean. There is never any hassle when customizing my order and the placing or order is very efficient. I hope they continue the stellar customer service and food prep!

Well after doing grocery shopping in Walmart, my sister & I were too exhausted to go home & cook. Since we also hadn’t eaten all day, we decided to do Wendy’s for dinner. Since Wendy’s was already located inside of Walmart, we thought, “GREAT!” My sister is the Wendy’s fanatic. If I want or crave a burger, my 1st choice is BK (Burger King).
Now, the customer service was great; quick and friendly. The burgers & chicken sandwiches were okay. The drink however was so sweet, it was like drinking syrup…”YUCK!” I had to keep adding water. Then there were the chicken nuggets. Now normally, the only thing I like about Wendy’s is their nuggets. But the nuggets we received? They had to be used as charcoal in another life.
They looked delicious, smelled great, and to look at them you could see they were well seasoned. However, both orders were hard as rocks! These were the WORSE nuggets ever. To add insult to injury? My fries were burnt. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I never in my life had charcoal nuggets from Wendy’s. I don’t eat fast food often, but I’ll NEVER visit this Wendy’s again & it’s turned ne off from Wendy’s in the future.

The man on this picture is supposed to be a “manager” at this location however he is running regular customer away from this store. His attitude and lack of customer service suck. He is extremely rude, argumentative and errogant. It looks like he just hates his job with a passion and doesn’t even want to be there. I hope higher management takes some action because

Ordered the new cajun crunch chicken sandwich to go. Unfortunately did not check the order until I got home and the sandwich was missing the pepper jack cheese and the cajun crispy onions. Very dissapointed.
