The clam chowder is incredibly unique to me. As one of my favorite dishes, their variant is a taste and a pallet that surprised me and also brightened my day. The bread that came with it is topped with melty cheese and delicious garnish, matching perfectly with the soup.
I cannot wait to try their other dishes.
The only issue we had was the gravy (on the biscuit) was too sweet for our liking, but this is simply a matter of preference.
We highly recommend this restaurant and encourage you to give it a try. I recommend you get there early, this place was packed by 12:30pm.
Omg! This place is the GOAT and they know it!
Located directly in front of the Nevada Secretary of State building. Clean and stylish, this corner cafe is just the ticket.
Big shoot out to our server Areli, she recommended our dishes and did not disappoint!
I got the salmon eggs Benedict. There is so much so let me unpack this from the foundation. The English muffin was not store bought and stale. There was no chewiness, just soft, buttery, light, cloudy bread with just the right amount of crispy crust.
The salmon was thick! Flaky interior and the perfect sear on top.
The hollandaise was the only thing I wish was thicker, but it was so well seasoned that it hardly mattered. Now, for the figurative cherry on top, the egg! A lovely size, color and consistency. Sprinkled with spinach and garnished with fresh strawberries. The whole thing was amazing! Just because the Beni stole the show does not mean the side was any less stunning. Peppers, onions and country potatoes grilled till crisp and complimented the whole thing amazingly.
Of course I couldn’t finish it. So I am very much looking forward to lunch!
My husband got the classic Beni with a giant ham steak and he was just as in love with it.
My daughter ordered the Knock out, and boy was it!
This is a house made fettuccine noodle!! So light with the perfect al dente. The sauce was creamy Alfredo and a seasoned grilled chicken a top the mound noodles. The whole thing was served in a bread bowl. My kids loved this dish so much that we ordered another to go.
Overall great experience! We will be back.
Red velvet chicken and waffles was so very good. ❤️
***Update*** My daughter and I got the opportunity to have breakfast here 2 weeks in a row. I got the basic breakfast couple eggs hash browns and sausage. My daughter got the Apple pancakes. First of all let me say when we received our breakfast our food came out hot and fresh. It was great. The second time we went in I ordered the same thing but my daughter ordered the oatmeal. The oatmeal was delicious. A lot of fresh fruit on the plate also. Then again my breakfast was spectacular. It’s not very often you can go into a restaurant and get a basic breakfast and it’s hot and fresh. Usually the sausage is oily or you get the hash browns in their cool and your eggs are overcooked. Not here. Would definitely recommend. As a matter of fact we’re going to go back. I’ve included some photos.
Food is definitely cooked fresh and is delicious and served hot! The sausage links were very good! Pancakes were fluffed and light tasting! Plate garnished with strawberry!
Rosalie welcome everyone with a smile and is very nice! Her customer service is very professional!
Atmosphere is laid back with nice music with open windows that brings alot of natural light in! Decor is beautiful and seating is plentiful with bar seating as well!
Don’t forget to snap an IG photo at the Eve’s flower wall!! It’s beautiful backdrop!
Do not pass this place up! Everything is top notch!
Easy to find in downtown area off Carson Street and telegraph right on the corner!
