I ordered my food 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. When I got there I was in the Chipotle Lane for 45 minutes. There were only three cars in front of me. When I got my food the bowls were not even halfway full and I didn’t even have the correct amounts that I ordered. Also why they never have any chips.. Every time I come to this Chipotle it is like this. I’ve been to many other Chipotles this is the only Chipotle like this. This Chipotle needs a major overhaul.!

I gave it 4/5 on service, because it’s a fast food place, and the ordering isn’t really intuitive relative to other fast food places.
I gave 3/5 on atmosphere. If you’re selecting a fast food place based on atmosphere, you’re doing it wrong.

I will never ever eat here again! I have never been so sick throwing up. My corn was frozen solid and my lettuce looked funky, I picked everything out, didn’t even eat but maybe a quarter of my food and instantly felt like it wasn’t sitting right. 20 mins later I threw everything up, and its now the next day and I still am puking. Deff got food poisoning no doubt. I will never ever go back because what I’m going through is hell.

I never write reviews, but this time im done eating here. I order a beef barbacoa bowl with double meat with rice, cheese, and salsa. Tell me why half of my beef barbacoa is a lump of fat held together by silver skin. This place has gone to absolute junk. Ive worked in the industry for years and ive never seen such poor food, especially when everything is already prepped before the work day. I will not be eating here again. Also the staff has always been rude, acting like they cant find a different job. You might as well close the store if this is what you are going to serve paying customers. Owner needs a wake up call before this place goes out of business.

I went the other day and this lady and man were super nice!!! Very welcoming! But I tried to go today about an hour before they closed because I just got off of work and I told my little sister we can get chipotle so we had this plan that when I get off work, we can go. The first thing this one male worker said to me was “what you see is what you get” it was just a bunch of scraps and he had a bit of an attitude. So i politely said “we might just go somewhere else” and he said “perfect” then walked away. I had such a good experience the other day but that completely changed when we came in today.

Ordered from app just days after opening. Received half the portions of any other location in the country. Any other location makes sure the bowl is so full you can barely close the lid. The pictures show this was intentional since it was exactly half full. I travel all over the country, and Chipotle is my favorite. Just not this location. I really hope they can fix this. I waited for years for a local Chipotle.

I’ve been to the Indiana, Altoona, and Greensburg PA Chipotle many times and was excited to finally have one in Johnstown. However, all my friends have said to not go to this location; that the portions are toddler sized and sloppily made. I finally tried them today though and wow, my friends were all right.

First of all security guard at the door before we even walked in. We should have walked out. Second thing tables and floors were disgusting. Didn’t know where to sit nothing was cleaned. We ordered our meal as first time customers and the young lady behind the counter was no help at all. We went to get our silverware etc nothing was filled.

One employee started signing to the other employees. As we were first time customers this was very Disappointing. Who over owns this franchise needs to look into how it is being run. You have money going out the door because of the actions of the employees .
We spent $30.00 for two Bowles without any drinks

Sat at the pickup window for over an hour when I arrived, 2 hours after placing my order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No leadership, and the burritos were not wrapped and all of the rice, chicken, etc were falling out of the wraps. Spend 30 dollars for 2 burritos, and could have got better service, quicker service, and better food at TACO BELL FOR 5 BUCKS

Please ignore the negative reviews.
This place just opened Nov 8, 2023. The lines have been out the door so naturally service isn’t that fast when they are constantly having to restock the containers and are running out of food. Be patient and kind people.
You can’t beat Chipotle for a fresh healthier food option.
Keep coming back and make sure this new location stays in the area.
