I ordered both veggie sandwiches with avocado and only got it on one. On top of that the wrong ingredients were on the wrong breads. There is no way to complain on the app and I don’t have time to go back. It’s not that hard to follow instructions on the receipt. I should know I worked at subway for 6 years. She wasn’t being rushed and they weren’t busy. So there wasn’t a reason to mess it up and cheat me what I paid extra for.

Today was the first time I ordered from this location via the app. This is a location I will continue to come to not only do they offer a frequent customer punch card but the staff makes you feel valued. When I picked up my order the young lady said she had included a cookie. The cookie was personalized with a thank you message. The little gesture goes a long way with me. I also like that with the hot sandwiches they also wrap them in foil first to help keep them warm. The subway on Sepulveda and Western is one of the best subways I have ever been to grading service and quality!!!

Poor Service!! I don’t usually write reviews but today was ridiculous. When did being ungrateful for your patrons become acceptable? A woman with no name tag completely ignoring me and as you can see in the photo no one else was in the store. She finished a customers order before me and then Instead of greeting me and taking my order she started a whole new order. I thought maybe the customer before wasn’t done and walked outside to their car. Turns out, she was doing an online order. Seems out of order that you would take care of an online order BEFORE the 1 customer standing in front of you. Seems out of order to me that the associate wouldn’t even greet their customer, maybe communicate that she had an online order in front of me. Ridiculous! Then 2 associates walk in, Cilia and Hayden (I may be spelling their names wrong but kiddos for having your name tags on), and they were nice, engaging, greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately started my order. I don’t know who the first woman was without the name tag but she’s in this photo. Please coach your associates on proper customer service. If my son had not asked me to purchase a sandwich from subway I would have walked out. When the Jersey Mikes next door opens, watch out because you’re on your way to losing your community’s business!

You just lost a guaranteed 2 day a week customer. My son loves subway and your store is down the street from his school. Your two employees refused to give me the Tuesday sweet onion chicken teriyaki meal deal because we wanted the sandwich with no teriyaki sauce. So now instead of selling the meal deal to me you are going to get no money and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Del taco has a 7 dolar meal deal right down the street.

I have ordered from this particular spot a few times now and they are by far the best I have been to. Great food quality and ingredients are fresh. The interior is clean and the workers are friendly and in good spirits. You don’t find a gem like this anymore.

I went into this subway about a half an hour before closing and all of the food was already being put away but they took my order anyway.
The employee who helped me was new and had trouble with the avocado but managed to finish my order in a few minutes.
The other women working there were somewhat friendly but were trying to finish cleaning up the store and were in a rush to leave.
My order was to go and it was fine. Experience was a C+.

Placed an order for pick up. They have a nice pick up rack on the side outside of the cashier so you don’t have to wait. sub was great, store was clean. Parking is nice and easy.

I placed an order through the app and asked for my sandwich to be toasted, but when I received it, it wasn’t toasted. Two days later, I ordered again through the app and once again, the sandwich wasn’t toasted. It was a bit disappointing.

The guy who served just now on 02/11/25 around 6 pm refused to give extra onions cause he didn’t want to slice more onions. Is subway that stingy to little extra slices of onion? Isn’t it job to slice onions?
