Saw the food hall sign from the street and decided to go in. They were about to close and said they are sold out of everything and only thing left were sandwiches. Ordered the pork banh mi (sandwich) combo with peach lemon tea. The pork sandwich was very tasty and flavorful. The tea was refreshing and had real peach slices in the cup. Perfect fast meal. Food came out super quick. The guy at the counter was very nice and helpful as I ask for soy sauce and extra napkins even though he was busy closing down the shop. My order was literally the last order of the day. The place is located in the food court area of the Uwajimaya supermarket. There are other food choices there and tables to dine on which makes this very convenient.

It is one of many delicious places you will find in Chinatown/International District. It is tucked away inside Uwajimaya across the street from the light rail entrance. It was my first time eating here. For a busy Saturday afternoon, my food was ready in less than 10 minutes. I had their Saigon Streets Special Plate. Grilled pork, shrimp wrapped sugar cane, grilled shrimp, and fried egg. It comes with your choice of rice or rice noodles. I opted for the rice. Including taxes it costs $16.54. It was amazing! Savory and sweet. The meat was cooked perfectly. Tender, not overcooked and tough. The egg had some runny yolk, which is one of my personal favorite flavors/texture. Great blend of texture and spices. This was one of their more expensive meals, so their overall menu is reasonably priced compared to the surrounding area. I highly recommend trying Saigon Streets while you’re in the area.

I stopped by here for some quick food before a Seahawks game, and I was incredibly surprised by how good this place was
I got the Grilled Pork Bahn Mi, and what surprised me the most was how cheap it was. Compared to how expensive everything around me was, the fact that I could get this for as low as $10 instantly drew my eye. Considering this price, I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this actually turned out very good
I’ve had a bunch of pork bahn mi’s in the past, and this definitely ranks up there as one of the best.
The baguette is super crispy on the outside, yet it didn’t feel chewy or hard to get through like you’d often feel with bread that is too hard. Despite the crispiness it was still not too difficult to bite through and get through both sides of the sandwich
I loved the amount of mayo slathered across both sides of this. When making a sandwich like this, sauce is exceedingly important because the risk of making the sandwich feel dry is high. However, in this case, it added to the flavor a lot
The vegetables as a part of this were really good too
The highlight of this sandwich was the pork. It was in relatively large circular pieces scattered throughout, and was abundant throughut the sandwich. This pork was cooked really well, super fatty and flavorful, and you could tell it was recently grilled because of the char marks on the outside – which just added to that grill flavor. It was fantastic
For the price, you really can’t beat how good this was, and it was pretty filling as well
Overall, a tiny place that offers an incredibly good version of this classic sandwich. 9/10

I actually went here just to check out Kinokuniya, and honestly I didn’t expect food stalls here, but they have a lot of Asian food choices and trust me, the food combo is a great deal. It’s so refreshing and I love it!

Decided on this place in the food court since they actually had some items listed as Vegan on the menu (thank you!). We got the Spring Rolls, which were huge and had a delicious dipping sauce, and the Eggplant & Tofu which was also very good and flavorful. Definitely a gem & recommended for vegans & non-vegans alike!

Loved that the broth was piping hot. But, the pho was average and small. If it was a little bigger. I would go 4 stars. The Iced coffee was good.

It’s been renamed Saigon Streets with a brand new menu and refreshed facade. Not sure if new owners but the man behind the cash register was super nice and the banh mi, spring rolls, fresh rolls and mango pudding was . Would order again!
