Had to repeat order 3 times. Got home and order was wrong. I ordered 2 large cheeseburgers with mayonnaise, tomato, onions, and lettuce. Not a difficult order. Also, the meat had a terrible taste. We were unable to eat it. Tried to call and complain and got recording no longer in service.

The food taste good but the problem we have every time is the bacon is so hard you can’t eat it and it feels like it’s going to break your teeth. Our dog wouldn’t even eat the bacon. The biscuits literally fall apart when you pick it up. We asked for them to not cook the bacon too long and the lady said we don’t believe in chewy bacon so they won’t fix it the way you ask. That is just bad customer service. Ya’ll should do better.

Was out on a drive to no where. Drive through Cedar Bluff and saw The Burger Shack, decided to try it out. Ordered two of the double cheese bacon burger combos, they were some of the best burgers I’ve ever had, even the fries were better than almost any other place has. Definitely glad I made The Burger Shack a random stop. Would definitely come back again.

The food is always good. They just need to do something about their drive though. I made a suggestion that they needed one line for pick-up only an and one line for people who don’t call in their orders. They said it never worked brfore.Yet I don’t recall it ever being like that. However what they have going now isn’t working either. I called in my order and they told me 20 minutes. I sent my son 15 minutes in. Which gave him 5 to get there. He said they were slammed with cars so he went to the window. They said it wasn’t ready and they would bring it out to him. He waited as many cars drove off. Then went back to the window.They told him they forgot about it. So 20 minutes turned into 40 minutes all because they forgot. Our food had no warmth left to it. They had to have known they just gave me cold food as long as it sat there because they forgot to bring it out and served it anyways. If I wanted cold food I would’ve ate a sandwich. Please fix your drive through!!

This place use to be good when it was still under different management. Now you don’t get nearly enough for the overpriced, overcooked food. I found multiple rocks in my salad and my wife found plastic in her food. When confronted I was told ” I don’t know what to tell you brother”. Good business practice.

I have ate from here for yrs and normally I have no issues even with the long waits but today I was so disappointed I will not be back. I called my order in and waited 10 min to head to the place only to wait another 30 with only 1car on either side, after the long wait I was over charged and got to my house to eat(mid you my house is less than 5 miles away) I had ordered cheese stick, and the 2 burger 2 tot special. My cheesesticks were completely hollow and the cheese that remained in the container was so old it was brown and hard . My tater tots fell apart and my burger was semi warm and soggy. I am sorry to post this as I have never left a review much less a bad one.

This place is amazing. It looks like a whole in the wall but it is wonderful and reasonable as far as price. I love the fried Oreos. I love that everything is cooked per order so you always get a fresh hot meal. Make sure you bring cash they do not take debit card at all

The customer service is great. The chicken was pretty good, but for a place called the burger shack…. The burger tasted like wet cat food. Absolutely would not recommend if your looking for a good burger.
