Stopped by this fast-food spot today and honestly, everything was so good! The place is super clean, modern, and really well kept. The staff was friendly, and the food was fresh, tasty, and surprisingly filling. Overall, I had a great experience — definitely coming back!

On the neg side: ordered a veggie burger with everything on it but it came with no tomatoes, no lettuce, And It was extremely salty.
Pretty lights but given the value proposition of an expensive gourmet burger and not delivering on the offer very well, I predict this place will be out of business soon.

I first tried Shake Shack in Castle Rock when it opened a few years ago, and for some reason, (the price! ) I never went back… until now. My wife and I stopped in on the way to the airport, mostly out of convenience, and honestly, I’m wondering why I waited so long.
We both got the truffle burger—she got the single, I got the double because, well, priorities. And let me tell you… this thing was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, juicy, with just the right amount of truffle flavor to make it feel fancy without being overwhelming. We also split some truffle fries, and they were crispy, salty, and downright addictive. I had every intention of sharing them evenly, but let’s just say I accidentally ate more than my fair share. Oops.
Service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly—what more can you ask for? The only downside? I walked in hungry and walked out even hungrier… for more Shake Shack in my life.
As for the price, it’s pretty much what you’d expect these days. Let’s be real—post-COVID, everything costs more, but at least here, you’re paying for quality. And when the food is this good, it’s worth it.
Final verdict: If you haven’t been here in a while (or ever), do yourself a favor and go. Just be warned—you’ll probably start craving it all the time.

Stopped by to meet a friend for lunch. I opted for a lettuce wrapped burger. A great employee helped us to place our orders and he was able to keep us well taken care of. Food was good and we were able to have a good conversation without a lot of noise.

Tried Shake Shake for the second time ever, after getting it in New York City for the first time and not remembering how it was. Nothing special I guess, the burger was good..the meat is very tasty and you can taste the freshness. The chicken sandwich was just ok, very small and nothing much to it for $10. The fries were good, but again expensive.
Overall it was ok, nothing extraordinary that makes me want to come back. The prices being very high are also another reason.

Came here today for just some quick food, and it did not disappoint! It was actually my first time trying Shake Shack, so I was pleasantly surprised. To start, I was able to order off a kiosk, no human interaction, and for an introvert like me, that’s a feature I enjoyed. The atmosphere was also nice, with your definitely upper fast food looks.
When I got my food, it wasn’t terribly priced, also not the most affordable thing, but the food made up for it! When I say this is the freshest fast food burger I’ve ever had, I’m not kidding. It was very hot, the ingredients were all very fresh tasting, and I couldn’t have asked for anything differently. I ordered the bacon cheese burger, in which the Patty’s were extremely juicy, with a tender outer crust. The bacon was crispy, I was a fan, and the cheese aside from being American was (well) melted to comfort all sides of the patty.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience at shake shack, I can’t wait to return!

After a long day of making the hour and a half drive to Denver to drop our family off and then picking them back up due to a missed flight, we were stressed and in need of a good meal. The Castle Rock location was clean, family friendly, the food is fresh, and the staff were amazing.
Tanner went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. He made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely attentive. Thank you! 10/10 in my book!

The hamburger was pretty good, costly but good. You might want to ask for extra sauce, I had to search to find the dallop on my burger. The sides are a whole other story. $7 for a small paper boat of fries with bland cheese sauce, that I’m unsure contained any actual cheese, and floppy bacon. The onion rings nothing to write home about either. Again, small portion with Sonic quality at best. Most of the tables were dirty but bathrooms were neat and clean. The burger is the only thing saving this rating.

We were warmly greeted as we walked in the door which was a nice change of pace for fast food restaurants. We were given a quick tutorial on the menu and amazing suggestions. We ordered, went to use the very clean bathroom and came back to our food ready and waiting. There were lots of tvs, games and outdoor seating. We were there later in the evening so we didn’t get time to experience all the different options for play. My only complaint would be that it was a little on the expensive side. The root beer is a must!

Burgers were way over priced for the portion size. Not sure if all shake shack locations have switched to these sized portions but it was very disappointing. Won’t be coming back as there are so many options available nowadays that give you more bang for your buck. Good quality wasn’t great either. Ordered the toffee pudding shake and our kids didn’t even want to finish it.
