Ordered on DoorDash, sorry my bad for being lazy. I wanted a large guacamole and chips. I got NO CHIPS and a basically empty container. Beyond mad. Your guacamole is too expensive to be cheating people out.

I ordered delivery. The burrito I ordered was was ice cold. I understand that when I order takeout it won’t be as hot as ordering in store but everything was so cold. And then I saw how very little they give you of the side queso with chips. I payed over $5 for a side of queso and chips and they gave me less than 2 oz of the queso and less than a half bag of chips. Not worth the money and very disappointed don’t waste your money

Ridiculous. Second time I’ve tried to use the mobile pickup , and once again it’s completely trashed. They just don’t care. This is the state of my order after I was wondering what was leaking through the bag. It’s completely soaked the entire meal. I’m done here.

Second time to order from Chipotle in East Lansing and the order was good. I got a burrito bowl and a taco. Both were tasty and I prefer the pastor chicken over the beef. Sour cream goes well with all their food so it is always a must. The green pepper gave a nice mild spicy taste so also recommended. Always double the amount of meat/chicken because it will be not enough.

This chipotle is labeled as the worst chipotle in Michigan, so that speaks volume for itself. One individual of a employee is very rude.. it’s like dude if you can’t present the standards of customer service just quit your job, the food can be good when they genuinely feel like working, through and through just go to another chipotle don’t waste your money here! – highly disappointed & wouldn’t recommend

Please don’t go here. Every time I order they don’t even try to fill your bowl. I online ordered and paid extra money for a side of queso and then didn’t receive it in my order. Mind you, didn’t get a refund either. On top of this, my roommate and I had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive (ordered through the app). Maybe next time the workers can take 5 seconds out of their shift to read the label on the bag. Disappointing.

Worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. If I had been to every chipotle in america, my bet is that it would still be the worst. I go here only because there’s not another one in walking distance of campus but probably not anymore. I’ve never had a good experience here. Horrendous service. Whatever you set your pickup time as, add 20 minutes. Good luck getting to the pickup window because it’ll be surrounded by about 15 other people waiting for their order. Want to sit down while you wait? Probably not the best idea unless you want juicy meat stains in the back of your pants. One time I ordered queso around 30 minutes before closing. It was half chunks of chicken. I’m vegetarian. I brought it back the next day asking for a replacement and they were hesitant to remake it since i had gotten it the day before. Had to talk to 3 people before they finally got me a replacement. Today I got 2 kids meals. The drinks weren’t in the bag, but 3 other bags of chips i didn’t order were. Unfortunately it was only until I got home that I realized one of the kids meals was complete wrong. I ordered tacos with meat, cheese, and salsa. What i received was the kids meal box with the tortillas and only one slot filled with meat. I could continue but i’m tired of typing. Just know your experience will be bad 🙂

I had an online order for Amani and I paid an extra 6.45$ for extra beef and I literally didn’t get any… I even stirred it around and didn’t see not a string a meat I really want a refund but can’t get to any human over the phone. Please do better!

Want to hear a joke? The Chipotle on Grand River Ave in downtown East Lansing. This Chipotle is so poorly ran it’s honestly just sad. Anytime I want to grab food the line usually has around 8-10 people in it, and you’re bound to wait at least 25 minutes for your turn. If you’re luck they might have dried out chicken and steak that has probably been sitting out for hours, or they will tell you they are out of one or the other, which is absolutely embarrassing during peak hours. This place needs to either be shut down or find new management, because the service here is absolutely pitiful.
