If I click the button for well done fries when I place my order, why do you always give me a basket of half cooked mushy fries. Do you not know what crispy is. Do you have trouble reading. I dont get why you have the button. But can’t do something as simple as leave the fries in the oil a couple more minutes. It tastes like a frozen fry was thawed out and seasoned. Never been cooked.

This was my first time eating at WingStop, and I was excited by all the good reviews about the food. It was beyond disappointing. The seasoned fries were burnt and tasteless. The workers have a bad attitude. Even if you say hi, they just ask you what you want without responding politely. Worse than Buffalo Wild Wings. The boneless wings are full of hard gristle, and the sauces are almost flavorless with very little spice. The only redeeming factor is maybe the fries, although soggy they are decent. This isn’t just the specific location but all windstoo locations I’ve had.

Not sure why so many bad reviews, but guess they got off to a rough start. I’ve been here a few times now and the boneless wings are always cooked well and stay juicy. One if the few places I enjoy the dry rubs like lemon pepper and garlic parm, because the chicken is never dry. I wont say they are amazing, but absolutely worth the money. Just make sure to use one of the deals they offer. Rarely need to pay full menu price.

My son and I had a three-day experience trying to get my Harley back up and running me to work. Ee stopped in for dinner. It was a common- looking place nothing special. It was very clean and the employees were friendly and attentive to our needs. But the true star was the FOOD!

The fries were even special. They were coated with a sweet/savory spice that accentuated the taste of the sauces ee dipped those crispy but tender bites of heaven. It was unexpectedly delicious.

Wing stop wings are good, but avoid this location at all costs. We’ve ordered here twice and both times it’s taken over an hour for food to be ready. They staff with a skeleton crew, even on nights where they know it will be busy. On our most recent order, I walked into the restaurant 25 minutes after we ordered online to a massive crowd of people. The staff wasn’t acknowledging anyone, and they weren’t even bothering to answer the phone. I heard others say they had been waiting for 2 hours for their food. I left and had to go to corporate for a refund because the restaurant wasn’t answering the phone even a day later. The management should be ashamed for understaffing so much. Their greed is affecting their customer service.

Pretty solid place for some chicken. The sandwich was juicy and had good flavor. The voodoo loaded fries and Cajun corn have the same seasoning so they taste pretty similar. There aren’t many tables and it’s a small space so I would recommend taking the food to go. It also takes a while for the food to come out so it’s a good idea to order ahead.
