Definitely not what I was expecting. $3.50 per catfish steaks the size of nuggets. Fries were old hard and greasy. My chicken thigh was decent. My onion rings were a clump of fried onions. Quoted 20-25 min, took 45. Staff was nice but slow to great guest or take orders. Definitely not doin this again.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would my husband and I we are new to the cedar hill area we ordered a cat fish fillet meal and fried chicken meal the fish was so greasy you could not even hold it in your hand it slide right off like it was trying to go back to the sea the bag they put it in was drenched in Greese The fries were burnt up to the point. Some of them were black. The chicken wings were so small. They look like little bats. and the food was real salty when we asked for no seasoning we was told the order will be ready in 20 minutes. We got there in 30 minutes and the order was still not ready. We’re new to see the Hill but this place we will never go back and I recommend to anyone don’t go there besides, it was not clean on the inside. if you’ve been to this place before, then you know exactly what I’m talking about.

Omg! This chicken was so good and well seasoned! Excellent customer service. Very clean quiet atmosphere although The parking lot is horrific! Nothing but huge pot holes! Other than that no complaints. Oh & the prices are very reasonable.

Ordered from Too good to go app which claimed I would get a $15 value for $5.40. I got a leg, a thigh, and a very small amount of fries. It was way too salty and it wasnt leftovers because I had to wait while they cooked the chicken. Their regular 2 piece is about that price and comes with a roll. Definitely not as advertised.

Great little place to get fried Chicken, chicken tenders. I definitely recommend this place. It’s more a order and take home. There is only 1 table that seats 4 I believe and another one that seats 2. It’s so so good the lady is a sweetheart. The smells in the bag was so so good yum. Give it a try the chicken. Is great.

Ok so I have to do this review because I believe as Black Business people need to do better so there is app called Too Good To Go and of course you pay a certain amount to get certain amount of food so it just doesn’t go to waste. So today I tried it 5.40 I paid and got meal on the menu that is 4.94 .. Make that make sense also exposure you think Businesses do this to gain more business but this second black business make me feel like y’all give bare minimum because I paid a certain amount of money I don’t know but the food did not look good enough to eat I was scared because the salt was. So heavy I just don’t understand The Lady was nice but I will not ever do business with them hope this helps especially if you do Too Good Too Good it’s Fun app

My food is always made to order, fresh and hot. It is a chicken shack and looks the part. No frills. If you want good fried chicken or fish, Royals doesn’t disappoint. I prefer to call in to avoid the 15-20 minute wait, but if you order at the window, the sweet lady will keep you company while you wait.
