Hands down the best chicken sandwich in Buffalo Grove! Chick-fil-A never disappoints, but this location goes above and beyond. The food is always hot, fresh, and consistent every single visit. Their chicken sandwich is incomparable to any other fast-food chain, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and made just right every time. The staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel genuinely welcome. The drive-thru is super efficient, and the restaurant is spotless inside. Staff accidentally punctured the styrofoam cup when they placed it in the holder causing the cardboard cup holder to break and the shake to spill. Went back to the store to try and get it replaced but the rude employee said that’s beyond their control. Accidents happen,I understand that, but I just wanted it replaced since we didn’t get to enjoy any of our drinks. Felt like I was taking money right out of the employees pocket. Definitely will not be returning.

I can’t say enough good things about this Chick-fil-A and their amazing team! During bingo night I accidentally dropped my wallet and didn’t even realize it for three days (thanks to Apple Pay I didn’t miss it right away). When I finally stopped by to check the lost & found, the store manager went above and beyond—he searched for a good 10 minutes and actually found my wallet safe and sound.
The relief and gratitude I felt was incredible. It’s rare to experience this level of honesty and care these days, and it really shows how much pride this store takes in taking care of their guests. I’m beyond thankful, and because of this experience I’ll definitely be stopping by every week for my favorite iced coffee.

Was at this location to get some food from drive thru, ordered nuggets, fries, mac&cheese, 3 types of sauces and a milkshake. Specific asked for a fork, TWO times, because my daughter was going to eat it while I am driving, plus I got mac & cheese, so a fork or a spoon should be put in my order without having to request it. As we drove away and opened the bag, we realized that they never gave us neither a fork, nor a spoon. And, not a single napkin was added. Quite upsetting.

This location recently opened and is walking distance from my house. However, I decided to order the breakfast sandwiches (Spicy Chicken Egg & Cheese on Butter Biscuit) and Hash-brown Spicy chicken burrito via mobile order on their app. The food was freshly prepared and super delicious …. been a Chick-Fil-A fan for over 15 years.
Since it’s a new location the drive thru traffic was served better than the mobile order drive in. This will be our go to Chick-fil-A ….. we used to drive over to the Killdeer, Lincolnshire and Deerfield locations.

I ordered through the drive thru and my order had the wrong contents despite the receipt on the side being correct. Upon requesting the correct order I received the smallest chick n’ strips I have ever seen. Not to mention they were mostly breading from the fryer barley were chicken.
