We used to order Domino’s Pizza in Hampstead pretty often until we discovered Harris Teeter pizza, but we’ve tried a lot of things on Domino’s menu over time and honestly have enjoyed it all. The service is great and the staff is usually quick.
People are so fast to complain if their pizza isn’t piping hot or if it’s a little late. For transparency, I have had one experience where our order was over an hour late. Outside of that, pretty much every order has been on time for us (especially when we do carryout or standard delivery times).
The pizza itself is nothing to rave about, definitely fast food pizza but the menu has a lot of variety and flavor combinations, so there’s usually something for everyone. They don’t really have a kids menu, but our kids love the pizza, the garlic parm bites, and a soda combo.
We use the Domino’s app to order and to get discounts/combos, which makes it a super easy fallback for busy nights when you don’t want to cook.

I haven’t ordered Domino’s Pizza for many months. Mainly because my last order was cold and not good. I have the app and I could see the driver delivered many orders before me. I got mine last and it was cold and disgusting. I gave them another try and my order was delivered directly to me. What a difference. It was so good and I was very satisfied.

Well they certainly live up to their reviews! Domino’s lost a customer tonight. I have been a faithful customer of theirs for years and put up with a lot of the faults ( orders not being correct, late deliveries) but tonight I’m done. I ordered one extra large pizza for delivery and I asked that it be delivered with no contact. It was extremely late, (of course)and the girl rang the doorbell when I brought the pizza inside-It looked like this! Absolute garbage.. when I tried to talk to the “manager” he was extremely rude and unhelpful and could not care less!

Had to call 3 times to place my order. When I got actual location in Hampstead nc the lady hung up on me. Then placed order thru AI they said order would not go through to call back. Once I called back 3rd time I was told my delay very order could not be placed due to a delayed very order was being processed, i ask

Unlimited toppings?, ordered extra pepperoni and sausage, cheese, lucky to get regular amount of toppings, got home and was shocked. It’s hit or miss at this location, only ever once got a pizza made the right way. Very disappointing and not the first time this has happened at this location.

Do not order from here. I placed an order and the food never showed up. Whenever I called, they did not answer. Uber Eats customer support eventually called, and they couldn’t even get this store to answer. It’s as if this store doesn’t exist if you try to call and coordinate delivery. Dominoes should fire the the staff here.

The worst pizza place ever. My pizza came an hour and a half late and it looked like this. This was a delivery and they brought me honey BBQ sauce instead of icing for my cinnamon twist. When I called there was no answer and when I returned to the store the guy working the window laughed at the situation. That pizza was for my kids and was there nothing funny about it. I have worked at domino’s before and this pizza would never have left the store. This kind of service was unacceptable and I would have given zero stars but I had to give one to write the review

Placed an order online and was given about 35 min wait time. Over an hour half later there was no update on the order. I called 8 times and they never picked up the phone. I had to drive to the store to cancel the order. The pizza was there and they tried to give me a good pizza because it had been finished cooking for 45 min and just sat on the shelf.

Dominos is usually my favorite pizza chain but this particular location is pretty consistently bad. They make the pizzas wrong, don’t include all of the order, and delivery times are ridiculous so your wrong pizza is now cold. Ordered twice in the past week and both times the order was incorrect and not the time that was quoted.
