Stopped here with my daughter to have lunch. This place is absolutely delicious. My daughter is a very picky eater and asked if we can make this our go-to spot for our teriyaki fix. I’ve driven past this place hundreds of times over the years and I’m so glad I decided to stop this time. Extremely friendly staff and they treat their customers like family.

Great food and friendly staff. I eat here a few times a week and have never been disappointed. Staff helpful with the menu if your not sure what to order or in describing what the menu item is. Would recommend to all.

The grilled teriyaki chicken was chicken breast not chicken thighs. It had teriyaki sauce on it but it was not very good. Tasted like rotisserie chicken with teriyaki sauce

I was craving teriyaki for about a week and decided to google teriyaki near me, service was quick and friendly. The chicken teriyaki was juicy and the rice and veggies were delicious! I know where to go to get my teriyaki fix now! I met the owner as well, she is a lovely lady! Will be back for more

Just moved to the Tri-Cities area and slowly getting to trying out new places to eat. Came across this place a few weeks ago and stopped in for a bite today. This place is a little small but not bad for a strip mall location. Restaurant was clean and nice as were the restrooms. Staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting items to try. Ended up ordering the chicken and beef teriyaki plate. It was decently priced and the portions were enough to share the meal with my fiancee and leave us full but not stuffed. I will definitely be back here again!

The customer service was great! The food, not so much! The gyoza dip was the only thing that was yummy, the gyoza wasn’t too bad. My chicken was so tough that it was hard to even bite through. My whole plate was cold. My hubby got the beef and his was similar to mine, meat was too chewy and his noodles weren’t cooked all the way. It was quite a bummer!!! The soy sauce bottles on the tables were dirty.

Used to be good and loved my usual of GRILLED chicken Teriyaki. I had several mediocre experiences a couple of years ago, but decided to try again seeing if it was any better. It wasn’t….worse in fact. I’m not even sure the chicken was actually grilled at all! It literally tasted and looked like boiled chicken. Service was super fast, but for GRILLED chicken, it’s OK to wait a couple of extra minutes to get some Maillard reaction marks on it. Sauce was also watery thin, bland, and tasted like it came from a Kikkoman bottle. I didn’t finish my lunch. Also was there at 11 a.m. and they assumed I wanted the dinner version and up-charged. Maybe I should have said something, but I want to support a mom and pop small business place whenever possible. Maybe I miss the original owner or parents that started the place and used to make good grilled chicken. Maybe I’ll try again in another couple of years.
