I have to say, this pizza is better than most places in North Jersey where I have 50+ year of experience. I saw this place while I was in the Shopping Center and new I was ordering thar tonight. The pizza was cooked exactly as requested and had great flavor, texture and crunch. Just the right amount of sauce and cheese with a great crust. I was expecting to have a long search for good pizza but nope, this is my spot. The woman who answered was very clear, polite and friendly. When I went to get it (yes they deliver) I know I had the same friendly lady taking my money. This place is an absolute must and a little gem tucked away. Now when friends and family visit, no excuses, there is good pizza right here. We’ll done Francesco’s. $13 & change for a large pie, well worth the price for quality. Now I need to explore the rest of the menu.

First time customer… ordered pizza to pick up. Really good pizza. Crust was perfect, sauce was flavorful but not overwhelming, and cheese was plentiful and real. While not the absolute best pizza I have ever had, it certainly ranks up there on my top 10 list . Highly recommended.

We tried Francesco’s when we moved to the area 5 years ago. The pizza wasn’t great and three people ended up with food poisoning. We recently were at a park meet up, where we regularly have pizza delivered, and someone suggested Francesco’s instead of our usual place. The woman on the phone was insanely rude and then said they wouldn’t deliver “to an empty field,” when I had clearly stated the name and location of the park, surrounded by houses, only two miles from them. Probably dodged a bullet there.

I’ve ordered here about 5 or 6 times. The original pizza order was so poorly prepared that even when I tried using a knife to cut, it was doughy and mushy. When I ordered again, I was hoping that the first order was out of the ordinary, but no luck. A few days ago, I needed a quick meal so I thought I’d try again. This pizza was the worst of the lot. It just ran……….. couldn’t even pick up any slice because the cut made by the shop was no longer there and because it melted in my hand. No more pizza from this shop.

NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN ! I ordered a pizza got the wrong one. No one answered the phone to correct the order when I called back in the morning, they told me that I was lying about my order. They got the wrong order and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The tall lady her name is Tara has no skills in customer service and should never ever own a restaurant. She actually accuse me of lying even though I’ve been going there for three years. The pizza is ok, but because of her I will never ever go back. If you’re in waiting to not deal with this person you’ll get the wrong order and you’ll be accused of lying about it.
DONE USE THEM AGAIN! AFTER LYING TO ME THEY DECIDED THEY DONT WANT MY BUSINESS. I would’ve gave them zero stars, and I wouldn’t feed it to a dog dying in the street if you live in Whiting, don’t get your pizza or sandwiches from there go to Capri. It’s so much better and the people are actually nice to you.
