Just finished a workout and decided to stop by the nearby Smoothie King honestly, great decision. The service was crazy fast. I was in and out in like five minutes, which is perfect when you’re sweaty and just want calories ASAP.

Nice experience here! Isa & Diego were patient and helpful in explaining the MANY Smoothie menu options, promotions, app, etc. I actually saved $3 by downloading the app, and will definitely be visiting other locations based on my experience here. Highly recommend you stop in!

The young ladies in this location found being social with their friend who was visiting more important than serving a waiting customer. My order was placed via the app. I arrived 10 mins later and she was not even aware she had received an order. I would not recommend this location until these kids receive training.

I ordered directly from the Smoothie King website, and the delivery was handled by DoorDash. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered.
According to the store, the DoorDash driver picked up the order, but it was then marked as canceled, and I never received anything. DoorDash confirmed that the money was refunded to Smoothie King, not to me.
I called the store several times, but the employee said they didn’t know what happened and told me to contact the owner, who also didn’t provide any solution. In the end, I lost my money and never got my order.
I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled. There should be better coordination between the store and DoorDash to ensure customers don’t end up paying for nothing.

I love coming to the Smoothie King in Doral especially because of Cata! She’s always so kind, welcoming, and truly makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time. You can tell she really cares and puts love into what she does. The smoothies are always on point, but honestly, the service is what keeps me coming back. I showed up at Smoothie King expecting to be in and out quickly so I could get to work on time. Instead, the doors didn’t open until 7:46. Between 7:30 and 7:43 I called the store 11 times with no response, then stood knocking at the door. Only as I turned back to my car did the employee unlock the door, saying, “sorry I was late.” Being 5, 10, even 15 minutes late is one thing, but opening nearly 40 minutes late is unacceptable. My time matters too, and this delay made me late for work.
