I ordered the vegan pizza and was told to wait 15 minutes, which I was fine with. I waited 20, and then asked for an update on my order. They said “just a few more minutes.” Then, after 30 minutes, I asked again where the pizza was. They said they were getting it out of the oven. They served the pizza BURNT to a crisp which means they definitely forgot about it. Then, while handing it to me, they literally DROPPED IT. I was so mad I had to get a refund and go without food because I didn’t want to waste any more of mine or my family’s time at Hersheypark.

After ordering a whole pie with meat toppings at 3:15pm, we had to wait on a separate line to pick it up. That line was ridiculously long and people ahead of me were waiting for over 40 minutes for their orders!! Why is it taking so long to make a pizza at this time of the day? Oh, it was Labor Day and the employees knew that this was the last day of their shifts so they all didn’t care.
I went back to the register and demanded my money back!! By the time my pizza was ready, it would probably be around closing time at 7pm and this was totally unacceptable!

I’m so grossed out by this place it isn’t even funny… Ordered the gluten friendly vegan pizza (I am Celiac). I mentioned this to 3 employees and all of them just looked at me like I had 3 heads and didn’t mention anything to the people preparing our pizza. Then I literally watched one of the employees SIT ON THE TABLE where they were prepping/cutting the pizzas. My pizza went straight to the trash. Employees need to have better training on food safety.

I don’t usually leave reviews if I wasn’t happy with something. In this case, I decided to. The pizza was very good, I enjoyed it. But the customer service was awful at the register ordering your pizza. Very impatient, rude, and wasn’t friendly. It was the gentleman taking my order today on 7/1/22.

Typical frozen cardboard pizza. They had 9 people working inside and 3 ovens and only had one cheese pizza made with no one in line waiting for pizza. Employees were standing around joking and talking with each other instead of making sure they had pizzas made and ready. Poorly ran, poor customer service, and average pizza.

Good pizza and fast service. Covered tables allows for a break from the sun or rain. Try the garlic knots!
