Ordered a delivery order, did not get everything. Had to call 3 times , still did not get everything. Manager stated it’s on its way after 3rd phone call, still did not receive. Now my food is cold an hour later. Would not refund any money or even replace the now non-edible cold food. Stay away, manager is a joke. Establishment is a joke.

This store has always been hot or cold, sometimes you get a really great pizza, sometimes a cold greasy mess. Tonight will be our last visit. Used the app, we were told by the app 60 minutes. We go up at 60 minutes, there are twelve people running around making, cutting, boxing pizza, not a single one up front even though I was standing there staring at my pizza already boxed among about 10 other boxed pizzas. The phone rang and someone is screaming “Is there anyone on customer service?” To which I replied “No”. Finally a young man came to the counter and got my pizza, I asked how long it had been sitting there and he didn’t know, he opened the box and the pizza was quite cold. He asked if I wanted it remade and I said no because it will take you another hour. No discount offered, nothing. I paid, left and and I am now rewarming it in my oven. I am DONE with this location. Even though I can walk to it. I will drive further and get much better product and service. Goodbye

I live in the area, and normally the service is good….but here lately the wait times are longer than normal and the food is good….do they need too hire more? Until things change i think we will take our business elsewhere, this happens all the time

Slowest Marcos pizza location to ever exist. Over an hour for in town deliveries on the slowest days. Get an email saying the order is in the oven, nearly an hour later it still isn’t out for delivery. And this is not a one time occurrence, it happens nearly every time. If you can get your pizza from somewhere else, do it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GENOA MARCOS WHEN THE GENTLEMAN MANAGER IS WORKING!
We paid for a food ticket that didn’t match our order, that we placed. The food order ticket that we received, didn’t even match the ticket we paid for or the order we placed.
This manager was going to take back the order we brought home for 1. They were going to throw it away (because they can’t give this food to the right customer. That is a huge health code problem. (makes me wonder if this happens often and food goes home and then given to the right customer). 2 proceeded to tell me that there is nothing else he can do. NOT REMAKE MY FOOD AND I PAY THE DIFFERENCE. NOTHING! HE HUNG UP ON ME.

Love these guys!!! Food is great tasting!! Very friendly employees and quick to serve. Even when busy I have nothing to complain about. If I had to say anything about anything else, I would say I would prefer they wore gloves at the end of the final touches, when the pizza is coming out of the oven.
