2 hours for a cold pizza. Don’t turn on the delivery option if you’re going to take that long, or say it will take only 30 minutes, for it to continually increase and still have the nerve to charge after pretty much being late as hell. Mind you, I tipped the driver while making the online order, which I now regret. Abysmal and awful service. $30 for an ice-cold large pizza. Garbage.

Worst Domino’s service ever is from this location!! Disappointed with the service to say the least. Set pizza for delivery, I live a few blocks down on campus and pizza was 2 hours late; arrived cold. No one there answers the phone. I ordered a simple large double pepperoni. First time i’ve ordered from here and never again. Me and my roommate decided to order pizza and upon receiving it the order was completely messed up. When we called them one of the workers answered the phone completely unprofessional and rude. As we were calmly stating that our pizza was messed up and missing a topping he rudely interrupted that he made the pizza himself and its not messed up. We were standing dumbfounded looking at a pizza that was infact missing a topping. We then asked for his name which he refused and lied about a manager being on site. He then threatened to send a driver to come pick up the pizza so he can look at it because we were trying to “scam” him. After we agreed to him sending a driver he hung up the phone. So we called back and he refused to give us a refund for the 1 pizza and would only offer us another pizza

Horrible! We came from out of town & wanted pizza. We ordered EX Lrg half & half no cheese pizza. We were given a large half & half no cheese no red sauce & a large all cheese pizza. We asked to be given another large half & half instead, therefore another 20 min wait. Then, we were given a large no cheese no toppings whatsoever in addition to the large half & half! Unbelievable! At this point we were very hungry so we just took the pizza & left. The customer before us had a problem too with his order but couldn’t wait for them to correct it & just left. We paid $33+tip. Those 2 counter guys seemed spaced out & didn’t really know what they were doing! This should be fixed because they are giving Domino’s a bad name!

We order pizza for our daughter’s softball team and they are wonderful. Rafael is especially nice and takes my phone order from the field. If there is any hiccup on an order, he is always willing to connect with me for my next order. We all arn’t perfect and it is nice to have people with accountability to great service. Thanks Rafael!

I never leave reviews. Don’t ever order from here. All I ordered was a medium pizza with ranch cups. It took 3 hours and zero ranch cups.

The employee (Ignacio) was completely rude and unprofessional. He cancelled my pizza order without clarification/notification. Discovered that it was because they have too many pizza orders to complete in their system (apparently 7 pizzas ahead of our order) and are too busy. He stated to either re-place the order and wait at the end of the line of pizza orders to have it completed and abruptly hung up the phone call when I was kindly responding.

I thought Pizza Day was made-up, but in the 40 minutes it took to traverse 5 miles after being ‘Checked for Perfection’ our order was robbed of it’s sauce, mistaken for Maracas and managed to arrive, somehow, both burnt AND cold.
