I have been to this restaurant twice in one week. EDIT-first visit: got a full rack plate and loved it. With drink and 15% tip, cost only $37.18. It was well worth it. Got the red skin potato salad and baked beans. Was well worth it. Great service, clean restaurant. Great experience.
2nd time: Got the ribs and brisket combo meal with potato salad and Green Beans with hush puppies. Brisket was the ultimate. The ribs were “sauced” when they were reheated for serving. The ribs could have used a bit more seasoning but in terms of cook time, they were spot on, tender and very moist. So for just over $32, I got practically all the meat I could handle with two sides, hush puppies and a sweet tea!!! Except for rib flavor profile with the spices being applied sparingly, the ribs were bang’in good with sauce, the Brisket was to die for… had my order in my hands by 12 minutes, delivered to the table.

Outstanding service and delicious bbq, sauces and sides! I used wildwood for a large order for a party and will absolutely do so again. Special shout out to the potato salad which my guests said was particularly good; I’m also a big fan of the wildwood “hot” bbq and Carolina style sauces which went very nicely with both the pulled pork and pulled chicken.

Ordered the ribs which we 23.00 by themselves with no sides ….was told it would be 15 mins so I sat in my vehicle in the parking lot for approx 15 mins but as I approached the door I was met by them employee with my order so I took it and left….this is what I received which was 50% dried out and burnt smh never again!

The pulled pork plate was great. Even the sides we had, macaroni & cheese,coleslaw, potato salad and fries were really good. A bit rustic atmosphere but totally fine for casual dining.

My family & I love coming here! The bbq is delicious and the macaroni & cheese is very cheesy! The green beans, baked beans are also very good. As, we have had those sides before at a different time. There are also many different sauce options for the bbq. They also have North Carolina Vinegar based! Definitely recommend coming here if you are in the area. We drive 40mins each time to come here, and definitely never disappoints 8/6/22

I cannot recall the last restaurant I visited that was this clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they worked well together. I appreciate the historical and patriotic decor. My pork BBQ sandwich was the most beautiful BBQ sandwich I’ve ever eaten: big sesame seed bun, good lean pork BBQ, fresh, generously peppered coleslaw. I don’t live close to this restaurant, but it would be worth the trip to revisit with this quality.

Incredible food and a great value! Do yourself a favor and come here. It was my first time here but won’t be my last. The BBQ was top notch and the sides were somehow even better! The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was clean, and there was plenty of seating. Such a great spot!
