The nuggets are falsely Advertised not like they are shown. The serving size subpar. The service was as good as it could be for a fast food restaurant. Quick & efficient. KFC needs to amp up and come up with something new. Overall not impressed.

Did an online order. Got to the speaker and told them we had an online order. No response. We sit at the speaker for 3 min and still no word so we pull around to the windows. When we get there the girl just looks at us. Told her what we need she handed the food to us and my husband said thanks. She just closed the window. Nothing like friendly service

First and foremost, math is obviously hard for these employees. They are broadcasting a 10 piece special that comes with 3 lg sides, 4 biscuits, 4 cookies and half gallon of tea. We asked for 2 extra biscuits. We only received 4 still and only 8 pieces of chicken. Would’ve been fine had 4 of the pieces that we received not been bite sized. When we noticed we were missing the extra biscuits we drove back through only to be given attitude for asking for what we were missing. We proceeded to ask for honey and was handed 4 packs for 6 biscuits.
I was willing to let the math issue go but the way the younger man reacted to us when asking for food we paid for was unnecessary. Will not be back, so sad.

Stopped at the Willard Kentucky Fried Chicken for a bit to eat as we were starting our vacation. Meal was good and as we got up to leave I left my purse behind. Just as we were backing out one of the girls came out and ask if I left this behind. Thank you tremendously to the honest employee, our vacation would have been ruined.

I politely asked the worker to put 5 napkins on the bottom of the kfc chkn bucket before placing chicken inside to catch all the grease.they agreed to do so.got home,opened the bucket lid.napkins were all on the very top of the chicken.you had an easy job,put the napkins at the bottom before putting chicken in it.couldnt even do that.

Horrible!!!! Finally decided to try our KFC location. We order two 3 piece tender meals the chicken was cold and old the biscuit hard as rock the slaw was warm. I call the next day ask for the manager she listen to my complaint I was very pleasant. She tells me her name is Morgan she is night manager no worries come by tomorrow we will make it right. So again before work we go to KFC explain ourselves say we spoke to Morgan lastnight she said to come in she has my info she will make it right. Well first of all there is no Morgan period this manager tells me and instead of making things right she says sorry call corporate. Wow so two days in a row I couldn’t eat before going into work because they are worst than kids here. Who lies about any of that. Also, pretty sure that when I heard this girl say the word manager she was the Morgan on the phone the evening prior. I called corporate they said the same things about making it right. However, I haven’t seen any effort yet. So my hubby && I vow to never ever go there again the willard location anyways. Next time I want to over pay for food I will go to Chipotle that is what I should’ve done in the first place.
