I’ve been really disappointed with the service lately. The wait time is consistently long, even when the store isn’t crowded. This never used to be the case, which makes it even more frustrating. It feels like there’s a lack of urgency and organization behind the counter. The owner or management really needs to pay closer attention to employee performance, because the slow service is becoming a regular issue.

normally i like this starbucks, but this morning i went around the drive thru to order a venti matcha, they tried to hand me a grande and i let them know that i had ordered a venti when the worker asked me “do you want us to remake it?” i told her yes please of course, but this starbucks had the nerve to just pour my drink into a venti cup and add more ice…. i will not be going to this starbucks again.

Worst experience due to extremely late service. I waited far too long, and there was no proper explanation or apology. Staff were busy talking and laughing instead of serving customers. This caused unnecessary delays and a very poor experience.”

Exceptionally long wait. People just walked out and didn’t wait for their order. The wait staff was great. Very friendly.

Corporate seriously needs to look at this location with everyone’s attitude and dismissive response when a customer comes to them with a serious concern I am not very happy or pleased with how my situation was handled especially being dismissed and not feeling like they really cared about what happened I think everyone here needs an attitude adjustment and new employees for sure

Unfortunately I had to edit my previous review, as customer service and the atmosphere has declined tremendously. I have been going to this starbucks for a while, for which I know the prices and drinks pretty well. I had an encounter with a manager who was trying to over charge me for my drinks and when I asked why she was overcharging me, she sounded careless and unprofessional with no reason as to why. Upon reporting this, there was no call or outcome as to why this was happening and no reason why the manager had been discriminatory towards me. There are some great employees working at this starbucks, but after this encounter with this unprofessional manager and no obvious care for customer service, I fount it uncomfortable to continue going and showing support for a coffee chain that did not care about its loyal customers.
