Absolutely awful! I never considered this restaurant to serve authentic Mexican food, and it certainly isn’t.
One day, I decided to give it another try for lunch. I should have trusted my original opinion and stayed away. Around 11:30 am, I went in and ordered my meal. The beans, chicken, and steak all looked dry and old, so I asked for some fresh chicken. In hindsight, I should have requested fresh steak as well. The taste was incredibly disappointing—no flavor at all.
When I asked for fresh food, the cashier gave me attitude.
The food was so bad I couldn’t even finish my bowl.
I wondered why the food was so dry and appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp all day. It must have been from the previous day, and the serving pans were nearly empty. I will never patronize this restaurant again.

I ordered through Uber eats but for the full price half bowl and cold food and the other bowl was even lesser portion. I wish I have seen these comments before ordering. When I reached out to Uber eats they said it’s them who poured the portions.

Order placed at 11:00 right after they opened. The guacamole was warm and watery, the chicken was cold and tasted terrible. No way any of this was fresh and I’m certain it’s was from last night in a best case scenario.

I’m really getting fed up with this location!!!! I sent my daughter for my order and I always get the exact same thing and get extra sour cream. This time I guess the young lady that fixed it had an attitude and just dumped the whole sour cream on my bowl. The bowl isn’t even edible because it’s full of sour cream!!!!! They need to shut this location down!!!! Chipotle will no longer get my business

My experience here was less than ideal. When I visited at 1 PM, the dining area felt uncomfortably unclean, despite staff moving about. The service was mediocre; the food preparer didn’t offer a smile, and my request for a bit of sour cream turned into a bowl that was overly drenched. On a positive note, the cashier was polite and professional.
As for the food, I was disappointed by the dryness of the meats. Thankfully, some fresh pollo asado was added, which was a welcome choice. The rice seemed undercooked, and the guacamole was brown and unappetizing. I opted for safer choices like white rice, black beans, cheese, and medium salsa.
The pollo asado was flavorful, and the rice and beans were decent. Having enjoyed other Chipotle locations, I’m hopeful this was just an off day. I’ll give it another try in the future to see if they improve.

I started eating my Chipotle at home in the kitchen but closed it up, planning to eat it later because I saw a gnat. I thought nothing of it, but when I got in the car to finish it, I saw three more flying around. There was no way they followed me from the house to the car—it was coming from the food. I searched Google and TikTok and found more people experiencing the same thing. After experiencing this firsthand and seeing other videos, I will not be eating Chipotle again

This was my first time eating at chipotle and I ordered on the app. It say my order would be ready in 10 mins so I’m sitting there and when the 10 mins was up I’m looking around and the lady is like it’s already ready you have to tell me your here. Hateful as hell. I explained it was my first time i was following what the app said. Still hateful and snappy. We go sit and they got the order completely wrong. So i take it up there and the guy working was like i was bothering him and was like you can go over to her like me coming back up there was a problem. Then i handed my food to the manager and explained and she apologized and like pushed my food back to me and was like we can’t take food back like hateful. Again explaining I’ve never been there but they didn’t seem to care and i probably won’t ever be back. They were more worried about hanging around and taking with their coworkers and pushing off customers to other people because they didn’t want to deal with them. If there was an option to give zero stars that’s what i would do. For the first time the food was ok i would probably change up what i ordered. Just seems like everyone that works there is miserable.
