Placed an order for pickup.
Pickup time was 7:25pm. Food was not ready til 8:10.
Soggy fries, barely any meat in the Philly, and luke warm. Paid for lettuce and tomato add ons, got a piddley amount of spinach and the equivalent to a half slice of tomato.
More bread than anything.
First time, and last time buying food here.
Don’t waste your money.

Best deep dish pizza I ever had. Both times I ordered. I hate pizza. Bravo. Get sum. Hands down best pizza Pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushroom deep dish. Best. New favorite pizza.

I’m a delivery driver for one of the venues here in Anchorage. I arrived at CiCi’s Pizza. I gave them the names of my two orders. The orders were not done. I had to sit and wait an additional 15 minutes. Then then I asked a question about the orders. I didn’t want to get them mixed up.
The lady in the back very rude with me. She tells I should know who’s orders are for what person. They didn’t have the boxes marked so how am I supposed to know who’s order is for what. You’re the restaurant you’re supposed to have this package done before I get there. You might want to learn customer service skills.
My job’s to deliver the food. It’s your job to have it cooked and ready to go when I get there.

This food is the most horrible food I’ve ever tasted in my life please don’t order from here you’re just gonna waste your money in the salad is old the bread is reheated the chicken fettuccine is so dry you can’t even eat it the tacos have nothing but fat in it honestly the only thing good was the one piece of cheesecake they brought we ordered two so sad

We ordered today 7/21/2024 the 2 specialty pizzas we sub par had ordered in the past was pretty good we ordered half shrimp and steak pizza and a Greek pizz and Greek salad of course dessert. Super under done shrimp pizza tasted like it was bad!!!! Smelled up our hole house. We spent 90.00 with tip definitely not impressed for the price and definitely not impressed with the language barrier and customer service. I’ll attach pictures to my post.

Do not order the Philly cheesesteak because you’re gonna get all bread and no meat!! Like you will literally bite into your sandwich, and get nothing but bread!! Overpriced for nothing!!

Not impressed. Sandwiches are my favorite food. I will try them again perhaps the pizza is better. However, I ordered a steak and cheese sub. Vegetables were raw and the bread outweighed the fillings. $16.99 for a really disappointing sandwich.
