Hidden gem! The food here is amazing. The pho is insanely good and the grilled pork noodle dish is delicious. I been coming here with my wife and toddler and they both love it! Randomly stopped here on a road trip down the east coast. The broth was perfectly seasoned, generous amounts of meat, and fresh greens on top.
To the person that said the meat was raw, yeah. You’re supposed to let it cook in the HOT broth. Thin cut beef doesn’t take that long to fully cook.

Pho & Frosty Blends is a great spot for authentic Vietnamese pho in Colonial Heights. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. Its good but for a place that sells boba they never have it whenever i go. They also like to substitute the tapioca pearls with brown sugar boba which doesn’t taste good in my opinion and they don’t tell you when they substitute it they just do it.

Just finished our beef pho… It was amazing. We got ours togo, and after our 30 minute drive it was still hot! We are going to make this our stop every time we are in colonial heights!

HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATION. I ordered pho to go and they gave me RAW beef. They packaged the to go container with raw beef at the bottom, stacked with noodles, then cooked beef on top. I didn’t notice until I got home to warm it up on the stove. If I could give zero stars I would.
