Chef Paul Vuli has brought Fino to Westchester after 25 years in Midtown Manhattan. After stopping in Italy for a year on his way to America, Vuli started his professional career in the service industry in 1972 and quickly worked his way up, eventually opening Fino on 36th St. in Manhattan, which made a name for itself in it’s 25 years of business. At Fino Ristorante we specialize in making our own pasta among other specialty dishes. Our menu is developed and all ingredients are sourced by Chef Paul. We have a full bar as well as a private party room that can accommodate up to 100 people. This restaurant is very family oriented. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, from staff to others dining. The food was great also, I attached some pictures of our meals. We will definitely visit again when we come to the area. It felt like one big family, having a great meal, in a great big house.

First time at Fino. The food and service were both very good, but the noise level in the restaurant was deafening.
What a shame because it took away from the food. They need to either try and close off the bar arrea or get some kind of sound absorption panels in the dining room. You set an expectation with white table cloths and the ambiance at Fino did not support it.

Was very glad I found this place in the middle of this area for an early dinner, as I have not been able to find anything that wasn’t some fast food around! My experience tells me food drops in quality if there is no competition but I was happy to be surprised. Food was great, and we tried pasta, fish and chicken dishes that were all great, even if a bit too large, which made it more difficult to stop. I also do recommend their deserts.

The food was absolutely delicious! The staff was amazing! I gave a star for each of those things. The three that I refused to give are due to the owner. Yesterday, a very warm and humid day, we had a gathering of about 40 people in their party room, where there were two large air conditioning units. Only one was in service and it was obvious that it was not turned on too long before our arrival. The room was an inferno! After several requests to be moved over to the air conditioned side of the restaurant, which were all denied by the owner, we just gave up. Everyone was soaked with sweat, with it actually dripping down our faces. To add even further insult, hot food trays were set up, which basically felt like having a campfire in Hell! Instead of addressing the matter personally, he knew that morning that there wouldn’t be sufficient cooling, he made his employees do his dirty work. His way of appeasing us was to “eat” the dessert, which consisted of an excellent in-house made Tiramisu. Not only did he show an enormous lack of respect to us, but also to his employees, who were drenched with sweat as well. This was by no means a “cheap” party and he had no problem accepting our payment, which we did because it was the right thing to do. It is obvious that this man takes absolutely no pride in his business! Perhaps it is time to take yourself out of the game, Sir, for you are a horrible player!!

This was our first trip and definitely our last to this establishment for several reason. However let’s nightlight the one that stood out to me the most. Jason our waiter or lack of followed us out of the restaurant and yelled “I think you forgot to tip me.” No my friend you were tipped very generously for the severe you provided. Which was subpar to begin with. As a first time customer I certainly will not recommend nor return to this restaurant. Just a word of advise “management” should address their staff and assist them on how to speak / treat patrons. Just saying!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm, elegant atmosphere. The staff made us feel right at home—attentive, kind, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. It felt like a true dining experience, not just a night out.
The food was exceptional. We started with the burrata, which was incredibly fresh and creamy, followed by the shrimp scampi and the veal chop—both cooked to perfection.
