customer services hit or miss as I’ve been coming two times a week for about 2 months now before leaving this review. On occasion the store could become a little messy out front at the tables and chairs.

Stopped for a couple breakfast sandwiches. I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese on croissant. They were dry with what appeared to be a fried egg and a couple pieces of bacon piled in the middle. If there was cheese I couldn’t see, find or taste it. Both the sandwiches came to $11.99. Definitely not worth it.
Been there for donuts. The donuts are great. I will return for donuts. If I want a breakfast sandwich I will go to Circle K or MacDonalds. Hate to say it but both of them are head and shoulders above/better than the ones I had today…

BoSo donuts, Alicia, you were fabulous and thank you for nuking my donut for about 15 seconds, it made it seem like it was so freshly baked… I can’t wait to come back to try the Boba.
Also, the place was clean, I love that.

Absolutely phenomenal bosa donut in Mesa AND wait for the buttt…. erm Still good here, BUT I am Quite bitter that the straws are not quite large enough to pull them bobas reliably & regularly into mouth. Get stuck. here. In the straw. I am trying to drink my Bubba drink. And I’m getting a stuck stuck stuck. I can’t suck through this straw. And what am I to do? They don’t have larger straws. I’m just stuck like a fish out of water. No boba, no problems. Shouldn’t be the case in this sad world

Bosa being franchised means you never know what you will get, at this location they are consistently good. I get a 50 of the donut holes, I am unsure if they are so busy they are constantly baking but, every time I go in my donuts are glistening, moist and warm! One of the best locations food wise.
They need to upgrade inside there it is a bit scary walking in there. No music, blasting ac, chairs and tables are out dated. They deserve a revamp. The women working here are very friendly and all trained very well. They work as a well oiled machine it’s a sight to see.

They have boba drinks of all kinds from smoothies, ice coffees, lemonades, flavored tea’s and all kinds of jelly’s and popping bobas . Serve’s breakfast and lunch sandwiches ALL DAY.
