DO NOT EAT HERE, GO TO THE SUBWAY THAT IS 500FT OUTSIDE OF THE WALMART
I typically don’t write reviews even if something negative happens, but this was a blatant disregard to proper service. About every Thursday night I get a sub from here when I come into town to help my mother get her groceries, every single time this subway starts closing and cleaning up 15 to 30min before 9:00pm which is their closing time on the subway app. Usually the attendant still makes my sandwich if im there by 8:45. This time I place my order we’ll in advance through the app. I arrive there 5min before the app said, and not only the sandwich wasnt ready. The guy said their systems is down and aren’t receiving online orders. So I said, I already paid can you at least make the sandwiches, and he said no hes closing. I asked him this twice more since there is still about 18minutes to 9:00pm. And he said they are closing and to request a refund by calling the corporate number. My mom, my daughter, and I hungry as this guy wouldnt make the sandwich even though this store is supposed to be open until at least 9:00pm. The store owner needs to contact me and give me a refund!

The staff member working tonight displayed an unpleasant attitude from the moment I approached the counter. He was quite rude and argued with me about where I wanted the mayonnaise on my sandwich, which was confusing since I always order it the same way and have never had an issue before at this Subway location. Based on this experience, I don’t believe he should be working in customer service if he cannot interact with customers respectfully.

They’re running some sort of scam with online orders saying they don’t receive them and you can’t get a refund even when you show proof online not sure what to do if I need to call the police contact the Better Business Bureau or else you cannot contact the human being through customer service just an AI chat robot I showed them my receipt and they refuse to give me food or a refund stay away!!

Im not sure what the girls name that works at the stow ohio subway in walmart is! But, i forgot my retainer in my wrapper! I called up there and let her know il be back to get come get it! When i came back to get my retainer out of the trash can she already had it out waiting for me! I would never expect anyone to ever go in a trash can and look for someone else belongings! But, she did that and even smiled at me while giving it back to me! Thats amazing you dont find many people like that anymore!!

Food was good, employee was kind, but I found a tiny piece of plastic in my sandwich. I’m glad it wasn’t a fingernail, that was my first thought. But still, a kid or elderly person could choke on this & employees should be more cautious when unpacking ingredients.

I placed my order online, and was told there was a 20 minute wait. I showed up at the designated time to pick up the food, and one of the employees proceeds to snap at me that she hadn’t even begun to make it. There was one customer in the store, and both of the employees were eating while behind the counter. 10 minutes later, they began to make my food and were throwing the ingredients on the bread and tossing the sandwiches around and complaining. I did spend about $60 on my family and purposely placed online ahead of time to be courteous to them and give them plenty of time to make it. I will not be buying food here again.

They are always out of something, and the staff change was for the worst. The staff gets confused over simple orders. They seem to have a toxic relationship with the employees of Walmart.
it has ben a while since I left a revew on this subay. I now unforintly have more to add. i went to this subway again today and ordered the chicken bakon rncher. the sandwitch was not nearly as good as the one acrost the parking lot. appon ordering my sanwitch, I put my phonenumber into the systume to gather points. the lady asked if I wanted to see my points. I repplyed with no. she asked how meny I wanted to use (without telling me how much I had). I replied with ‘i do not want to use them’. her response,’then why did you put your phone number in’. I found this comment to be unperfecanal. I believe he is yet another new hire, but to reppy like this to a customer is unprefecanal. I suggest that if you want Subway to cross the parking lot and eat outside of the walmart subway, their food and staff quility are rapidly going downhill. this WILL be my LAST visit to this subway. it is a shame as it is quite convenient to get in your way out. im very disappointed. and no, this subway has not reached out to me about my problumes nore The 1 star revew it just shows that the staff simply dont care. if they ever do reach out, i will amend this statement.

Walmart subway staff are rude and unprofessional. The lady with the red hair just sat at a table and ignored me. I didn’t even know she was a worker because she was not even in a uniform. I have seen two employees even exchanged weed in the g back ( I know it’s legal now but not at work) some have even smelt like weed.

Very disappointed in the Wal-Mart Subway staff. The older woman who works there yelled, I mean yelled at me after I asked her to fold the sandwich and then cut it (unlike the way she did the 1st one). She didn’t have to raise her voice and accuse me of having a full sandwich and no one does it the way I. I will never go there again. She was yelling while I walked out the door!

The service can be bad mid or amazing anywhere, anytime at any store, so im not rating this store based on that experience. The atmosphere is loud and reminiscent of a cafeteria, which can be nostalgic sometimes and the store is kept relatively clean. Honestly, I just really like Subway’s food. Especially the chicken teriyaki. But more than anything the Walmart locations serve pizzas.. and that’s where most of these stars come from overall. There’s nothing quite like a personal picked topping hand made pizza with any Subway fixing on it. They offer so many different varieties of toppings and sauces.. You can literally have them make almost any pizza you can think of. I mean Buffalo Chicken Pizza? Chicken Teriyaki? Philly Steak? Meatball? Or something totally custom or as basic as you would like? Yes please!
