After ordering food and bringing it home, we found that the order was wrong
I called and explained what happened. She kept asking me if I had this or that
I continued to repeat what the original order was and she kept asking me what I ordered. Finally….I said in a slow, loud voice what I had…and she told me to “calm down.” I then said, well maybe instead of telling me to calm down, you need to listen. (Good grief)
We didnt get what we paid for and was also charged extra b/c we ordered a chicken breast. And, their solution was for us to just come on back and they would fix it. The bad part is, he was the only one inside ordering. How do you get that wrong?

The service sucks. Last several times I’ve came here, and I usually order ahead, I’m told when I get here “we ain’t got that, you can get something different”. This time was a door dash order and it took an hour to get completed! Whole time I’m watching other orders being filled with some of the same items that I ordered.

So….we were in Ellisville early, around 10ish and KFC was OPEN! I was so surprised, I had heard this location was really good & it’s all true!
Who else has delish hot chicken ready at TEN IN THE MORNING??!! Let me tell you, it was truly a hit! The place was spotless, by the way and lots of parking too…
Give it a try and you’ll see what I mean, melt in your mouth good eating! Highly recommend!

Edit: Reduced this rating to 4 stars because they forgot the diet Pepsi as part of our order last time. Also, they’re often out of certain menu items. Sometimes it’s the pot pies, Sometimes fries… Food tasted good though.

The past 3 visits – twice I get pulled forward for a mobile order at the time it says it’s completed. The first two times I was completely forgotten outside and had to come in for my order that’s sitting there cold.
Today, I again get pulled forward to park. I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes but luckily I wasn’t forgotten. I wish I would have been. My fries and nuggets were both refried to reheat them (fry cook for some years – so it’s easy for me to notice), there was no dipping sauce (apart of the combo I ordered), and my two sweet teas turned out to be extremely bitter unsweet tea. This KFC is a joke and complete embarrassment to food service.

Service sucks. I went there today sat out in the parking lot 20 minutes for them to bring me Eight piece mixed They did not bring me a eight piece mixed after I waited it was all dark I was not happy with their service. They threw the biscuits in the box with the chicken instead of a separate box just careless with our food very disappointed.

I walked in wasn’t greeted or anything. waited at the counter for about 5 to 7 minutes before I was even seen the young girl wrote my order on a sheet of paper and gave it to another drive-through lady.who I think forgot about my order bec I haven’t even paid so I patiently waited to pay so at least it would be on there screen that another good minute then I waited another 30 plus minutes for the Tuesday eight piece special I asked for a complementary drink, the young lady just looked at me and went on. As I continued to wait another lady said she been there for over an hour and she did Mobile order. I wonted to go back there and help them or something but they look like they was lost and another World.But I finally got my food after about 45 or more and I was fresh but didn’t get my complementary drink for waiting oh well do better KFC u inspire greatness.
