What ever is written on the front widow is whats for lunch! We had Flautas today. A yankee might call it toquitos. It was authentic Tex-Mex. I enjoy ma and pop place that has the courage to stand on one dish a day and that’s it! You get whatever mama is making and i was thrilled! Beautiful spirit in this place!

We flew into Ft Stockton over the weekend during Barrio fest and fortunately discovered this gem while walking around. I love the method of having one item per day and wish I could go back for more of their offerings.
Seriously the best Torta I’ve ever had in my life. Would happily fly back there just for another one.

They offer 1 plate per day (sometimes they also have chef salads prepared). It includes the main dish, 2 sides of the day, dessert and a drink. All served to go style. They open at 11 and close at 3 or when they sell out (I’ve seen as early as 1230). Better call at 1030 to save you a plate because it’s the best authentic Mexican food in this town!!

Everyday there is a different special. However, this is the only thing available on that particular day. It is very simple it is served on disposable plates with the Disposable cups and tableware. It is also amazingly good home-cooked Mexican fare. Come early because this place is very popular and they only make so much food each day once they run out that is it.

It was average, very disappointed on the price of 2 meals and a drink, we were charged $21.00. A meal you would pay to get else where for at lot less. Live and learn, won’t be eating here again.
