Every morning I go in app and order the same thing so I just click pervious and i add it to cart. My normal is in a venti from the extras and it being built up. The last two times the size gets smaller and smaller. First time grande fine one time no big deal but this time ordered same thing and put in a tall cup, and I spend the same amount of money.

Excited to try the new Starbucks in Yadkinville. Walking in initially was clean and fresh and colorful, however it seems very cold and stark. And very cold inside. Especially when it’s not even 40° out. There are no plants, no cozy nooks, no comfortable chairs to settle in and do work. Staff was excellent, friendly, very helpful. Food came out very quickly. It was hot and reliable. A great addition to Yadkinville. I hope they make it cozier. Really great outdoor area for the summer months.

They closed at five thirty p m on a friday… They had five people behind the counters, and they kicked everybody out of the cafe even though nobody in the cafe was ordering drinks.. I understand that if they could not keep up then some somebody should have stepped in. There is no manager at this establishment.At least no one in charge. And it was pouring rain and I got asked twice to leave even though I expressed concern that I was going to carry my unprotected laptop out to my handicapped space, and to please give me a few minutes that it was pouring rain. I ran out with my laptop.Put it in my car, and I came back to get my drink and they locked me out… So ya.. I can see why starbucks ain’t doing so hot right now.

Placed mobile order at 3:50 said it would be ready between 4:09-4:15. Arrived at 4:10 Was not ready till 4:25 they are too busy talking to each other to complete the orders. One lady maybe manager….??? was just asking continual questions keeping them from doing their job. This place is so slow.

I could not wait to have a Starbucks in town. It’s been a nice addition to the area and we visit often. The interior is clean and comfortable, making it a good spot to sit and relax. There are plenty of seats so you don’t feel crowded and they have a great outdoor seating area. Only downside is the inconsistency with drinks—they’re made differently each time, which can be frustrating.. Ordering the same drink twice is like spinning a flavor roulette wheel. Will it be sweet? Strong? lukewarm? Have whipped cream? Who knows! Keeps life interesting, I guess.
I have also had to wait a few times with mobile orders and I’m usually late to pick them up. Really hope this gets better.

I always come here on Saturday mornings and have never had a problem however when I came today(Thursday afternoon) they got my order wrong(no big deal) I ordered a venti iced Americano, like I always do, and they put cream it so I had them remake it(again not a big deal) but when I got the remade one it wasn’t even full to the top, I didn’t want to wait to have it remade a second time so I left but it seems some staff needs to be retrained due to the fact it was rang in correctly but still made wrong on top of the fact the older gentleman working the window wasnt very friendly and didn’t even apologize.
