We got a 2 chicken mediterranean that was delicious. 2 coffees a regular or americano and a foglifter that actually did lift my fog. Service as usual super amazing, quick, friendly and food is prepared in hygienically way. Love this place.

I would leave no stars. Me and my mom went to the glens falls cool beans about a month ish ago and the guy that works there he’s a blonde guy, has like a pony tail thing, and he was kinda rude when we were asking about certain things like how they made a certain coffee and he kinda was like snotty and made it like we were stupid for asking him something so obvious… then we went there today again with my sister as well as my mother and some lady fell in the parking lot on the ice and she was super nice and friendly and just wanted to let him know it was super icy out there and he proceeded to tell her that it wasn’t his job to put down the salt and it wasn’t his problem and then proceeded to slam things and whip things around in anger. She was bleeding and offered to put the salt down so he gave her the salt bucket and she went out and salted it herself. Then she came back in and was still talking about it but very nicely and was laughing trying to make light of the situation and he yelled at her and said “oh do you just want your bagel for free?” And told us how he had to trim down his own trees and stuff renting a place near by or something rude so we all left. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’ll never go back there again. Whoever owns this place needs to find a new person to run it because he’s miserable and rude.

The “Big” BLT was actually a normal sized BLT. It was also nothing special and something you could make better in your own kitchen.
The smoothie was icy and lacked any flavor aside from watered down fruit.
The sandwich and drink cost me $19 (cash only!). Definitely not worth it. You could also just go to Kelly’s Roots and get something better for the same price.

Always a favorite stop when we are up from a visit! Great bagels, awesome breakfast sandwiches and always a fun variety of coffees! Staff is always so welcoming and friendly. A true hometown pleasure! Wish we had Cool Beans in Florida!
