Did not finish, Colby who was there i told him to take that down, he then said tuff crap, you don’t like it get out same thing that was said on the paper, this was horrible, he needs to be fired!!!!! Every one we ever felt with was never like this, we will never go back to this location and I will make sure the people I know do the same until they fix the customer service back to the way it was.

Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service! Upon stepping into the establishment, I was immediately greeted and assisted by a single woman who was managing the entire operation single-handedly. Curious about the staffing situation, I inquired if she had any assistance, to which she calmly explained that two of her colleagues had called out unexpectedly, leaving her to handle everything alone. Despite the impending lunch rush at 1 pm and the absence of additional support until 4 pm, she exhibited no signs of frustration or stress. Instead, she remained composed and fully prepared to tackle the workload ahead. Her remarkable display of resilience, dedication, and readiness to take on challenges head-on without complaint is truly admirable and speaks volumes about her character. It’s evident that with such qualities, she is destined for great success in life.

My Fiancé went into Subway between 8:10 PM and 8:30 PM on July 24, 2022 at 4812 E University Blvd Suite B Odessa, TX 79762 and the girl that was working that night is named Carly, she did not make our food correctly! They were very sloppy! My Fiancé asked for extra meat and extra pickles on my sandwich she made an extreme mess by putting extra everything and not to mention she was rude to him his sandwich was messy she put too much of the baby spinach on his sandwich but my sandwich literally I had pickles banana peppers mayonnaise lettuce everything went down my leg and down onto my brand new carpet and that is with the paper that your sandwich is wrapped in! She literally grabbed handfuls of everything. Very very disappointed! I called her and told her that she will never be allowed to make our sandwiches again and that I was contacting corporate about it. I’m going to take a picture of all of the stuff that was on my sandwich that comes falling out of it when I opened it

I had a sandwich made tonight by a girl who was amazing to me. Very kind as soon as I walked in, friendly, kind and seemed to really enjoy her job. I sadly didn’t catch her name but I remember she was beautiful and had two blue band aides on each of her thumbs. Her kindness made me night x10 better. My visit at on 10/28 at 7:22pm.

The food here is either hit or miss. Today the food was really good! My issue was with the employees/owner. I came in today for a sandwich. The store was celebrating the owners 30 years of ownership. Cool that’s awesome congratulations! BUT the only reason you all have been open that long is due to the customers. The customers were completely forgotten today as you all celebrated. Instead of asking family and friends to park in the back so PAYING customers could park up front.. every single spot was taken by employees, friends, and family. Treating customers like that is not going to get you far. A good business owner would know to inform everyone that the best parking was in the back so that the customers could have efficient parking. I had to park way far in the apartment complex. There was a total of two actual customers there other than myself. There should have been ample parking if the business owners had actually thought about the customers who have helped them get to 30 years. I definitely won’t be back. I want to be valued as a customer not treated like money is the only thing that matters.

I placed a order online 35 minutes ahead of time. My order said it will be ready at 11:40.
I arrived in store at 11:36 & at 11:40 online it said my order was ready. So I let them know that i was there to pick up my online order and they told me to wait. I thought maybe after they finished helping the current customer they would get to me. They kept helping everyone in line and keep in mind it’s past my pick up time. I had to leave already and my sandwich was not even made yet. I had asked for a refund.

I go to this Subway during lunch quite often. Last time I went Terry (I believe is his name) was the only one working. Took a while, but I have NOTHING against Terry he was doing his absolute best. This time I went there seemed to be at least three workers, one of those being Terry. This Subway needs to hire competent people to help poor Terry. It probably took the same amount of time with all three as it did with just Terry. The others really just needed to get out of his way. Hopefully they can find more people like Terry.
