Being Italian it’s so difficult to eat at Italian restaurants. Just easier to cook home because it’s just not the same. But tonight we found this gem and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed! I had the crab cake for an appetizer and it blew me away. For entrees I had the lamb and my husband had the gnocchi and both were fantastic. The meatballs in his dish were like my mom’s and the Marsala sauce in my dish was reduced perfectly. We were a party of 6 and all of us enjoyed our food. We will be back!

After reading past reviews, we were looking forward to a good meal. There is little ambiance in the decor other than a touch light on the table. Our waiter quickly took our drink order which was simply unsweetened iced tea and some lemon for the water. He returned 5 minutes later to confirm that we ordered sweet tea, which we corrected. If you are looking for typical Italian food such as ravioli, eggplant parmigiana, or even pizza, this is not your place.
We ordered two entrees and what was supposedly focaccia, again nothing was written down. The couple next to us who arrived after us received their bread ($3) while our order was overlooked. The waiter took their order and then came to our table and apparently had forgotten that he had taken our order. We reminded him about the bread after which 4 small dry pieces arrived, not resembling focaccia. While eating our food, we overheard same waiter expounding about that evening’s specials to another table, to which we were not privy. Our salmon over pasta with a red sauce seemed out of place in an Italian restaurant. The appetizer eggplant rollatini was so smothered in cheese and ricotta that the eggplant was difficult to find. We passed on dessert. Possibly our standards are too high but I would expect waitstaff to write down an order and remember that they had taken it. We will not be returning.

This place surprised us . The manager came up and greeted us and we have a small good conversation! We found out the one chef is from Italy and the other is Dominican however both are from new York with years of Italian food experience. To our surprise the manager brought us out beer meatballs bread mozzarella out to sample.all of the food is delicious. We are from Jersey and it didn’t disappoint.
I highly recommend trying this place . The manager also mentioned if there is something other than whats on the menu that you want they are open to making it as well!

AMAZING! I had zero expectations yet I was still blown away and extremely impressed. I am picky and don’t throw around compliments a lot. But legit, best crab cake I’ve ever had. Crab was folded in and not stirred. Just perfectly done. I had two waiters and the owner stopped by to check on us as well. I’d have dinner and sit down with all three if I could, just good human beings. Probably the best review you will ever see me give. Amazing.

“Some times you want to go where everyone knows your name…” We had a fabulous experience at Milazzo’s Ristorante- we met the chef, the owner, Chris and two fabulous bartenders who knew all about authentic Italian food. The mushroom ravioli is a top favorite along with the stuff mushrooms. We tried the lobster ravioli and calamari, nothing was left on the plates. Be sure to leave room for the cheesecake! Simply phenomenal!

I went for my Anniversary. I ordered the mushroom ravioli, that’s my favorite Italian dish and I was NOT disappointed. I normally have to go to Mulino’s or Maggiano’s to get it but not anymore. It was absolutely divine. There was two younger men there one a bartender who was very nice and attentive to us. My spouse ordered the popsicle lambchops and it was delicious as will with the sauce. All in all I would definitely patronize Milazzos again

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owner went out of his way to ensure our first experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food was delivered promptly and with top-notch customer service. Every bite was absolutely to die for.
My friends and I decided to share each dish so we could sample a bit of everything, and we genuinely couldn’t pick a favorite — every item was incredible. The staff were attentive, friendly, and all smiles throughout our visit. We are already looking forward to returning soon!
