The new drinks – I’ve tried them all now – they aren’t good… or just not being made right… today I got a wanderlust at this location… which I do not like, because every single time the drinks are bitter… not like they used to be I’ll just say that… nowadays when I go to an Exit 11, I am expecting the drinks to taste like crap so then, if they are good… I am actually satisfied… basically, don’t waste your money. It’s turning into a franchise which means they hire anyone and most of them do not care how your drink tastes. Pretty sad when they were definitely getting about $100/mo from my business alone… all those new locations… hopefully they can keep up business because a lot of people I talk to say the same thing “they just aren’t as good as they used to be”

I have been to all the Union/Washington drive throughs, and the service is consistent at all the locations. All the employees are so friendly and the coffee is always good! We also love the breakfast burritos and spinach quiche! The Union Highway 50 drive through is our go to! The ladies here always make an excellent drink order!

I’m not a coffee drinker but I love the caramel frappes at Exit 11! I get mine made with cashew milk, no whip, and extra caramel drizzle! They are always the perfect pick me up for the start of my day.

Our experience here started out like a bad “2 blondes in a van joke.” This was our first time trying exit 11 and we were excited, but that was quickly overshadowed by the lack of intelligence and common sense displayed by the baristas. I looked at the menu and was excited to try a frappe with cold foam but instead I was told that there was no button for the cold foam which is definitely listed as an option for the excessive price of a $1.30 something. If I wanted to get reamed on price I could have drank Starbucks but here we were ready to try getting reamed by the “new guy” unfortunately they wouldn’t let us, sense they apparently had no button to charge us, they decided they couldn’t and wouldn’t make their hands work long enough to put cold foam on top our drinks in place of the whipped cream. This is where the common sense would have helped but since hiring competent and intelligent employees are out of the question my suggestion in conclusion would be to make sure you get that “cold foam” button added. Now I’ll be returning to my ex- Starbucks may hit me where it hurts but they never let me down.

Love their coffee but hate that this location doesn’t open til 6 sometimes 7… after moving to union from washmo where they open earlier it def has made me stop going as much (prob 2 a month vs daily) bc I always went for my 1st morning coffee.
