We used the drive thru, one car in front of us, one car behind us. 20 minutes in line. We got our food and were surprised to see the size of the sweet pork burritos. They were about the size of a crisp meat burrito. Upon unrolling them, they were 2/3’s tortilla. When we took them back, the excuse was portion control, they weigh everything. When I asked if I could get my money back I was told I would need to contact the manager the next day. Next time we will just go to the subway that is a few feet away, they have been under new management recently and have made great improvements. Maybe that could be a solution for the Taco Time and all of their one star reviews.

Absolutely horrendous. Nastiest tacos I have ever seen or tasted.
Watery, nasty, soggy tacos.
So GROSS!!
Could not even eat them.
What a waste of $15 bucks.
Keep your money.

The old lady working there is horrible. Every time I go here she causes a new problem. I know I shouldn’t go but I’m a trucker and no other Taco Times where I can park a truck. Too bad Taco Time doesn’t listen to their customers and fix this location because it has lots of potential.

There was a ton of beef and cheese in my soft flour taco. The cheese was completely melted. There were also plenty of tomatoes and lettuce. But it wasn’t packed with lettuce to make up for lack of other ingredients. Flour shell was fresh. It was so filling I could only eat half. Seriously one of the top 5 soft flour beef taco I’ve had at a Mexican fast food place. It was pricey, but all fast food is right now. And since I could have made two meals out of it, the price was actually probably pretty reasonable.
Bathrooms were decent. Tables and floor were very clean.
Took a little time to take our order but that’s because there was just one person manning everything. She definitely made us a fresh burrito so it was worth an extra 5 minute wait.

The food was good, but i sat at the drive thru for 35 minutes, I was the only one in line. Had I not paid for my b food, I would have drove away.

Made eye contact with three different employees, none of which offered to help. Instead I had to listen to an employee’s romantic exploits gone wrong to a sitting woman (guessing not a customer) who was hacking up a lung and who finally whispered to the employee asking her if I had ever been helped as I walked away.
That and the feeling of general uncleanliness there had me leaving anyway.

This is in a gas station. The service was not great. They didn’t know how to multi task and stood around waiting for something to try instead of working on other orders. Super slow, although they were very nice and the food was fine.

Let me give a message to taco time and A&W all American food. Let me speak to the corporation pull up. Go in there and look and tell me how comfortable you would feel in eating from this filthy nasty disgusting place is so nasty and dirty the health department just come in and close this place down. It could be a beautiful experience, but it’s not because they are just lazy and filthy employees that don’t care about cleaning up, the facilities totally disgusting. I don’t even wanna put one star
