This location is horrible at putting a pizza together!!!!! Very disappointed in the customer service!! The pizza looked like it was just thrown together in a hurry. No meat on outer edges. All the sausage was in the middle. Very little cheese. The worker had a attitude. Not happy!
I’ve been eating at Papa Murphy’s Pizza for a long time and this is the worst pizza I’ve received and when I called, the worker was rude and wouldn’t listen. Don’t buy from this location!!!!

Pizza toppings don’t even go to the edge, so much extra dough, shady on toppings. I asked twice to put in my phone number to receive rewards, employee ignored me and processed my order and I didn’t receive my points. Employee looked at me and acted like I didn’t do it correctly, and told me oh well next time I was hoping after not coming back to this location for a while, maybe things would be different. NOPE!!!!

I went today to pick up 2 pizzas that were ordered online no problem. I go up and say hello to the worker there and I could not hear his response because he spoke so lowly and almost completely slurring his words. I assume he was saying hello, and go on to state that I was here to pick up an order for “my name”. The employee again says something and I have no idea what he said. I have to go really close to him, almost leaning over the glass guard just to hear that he is working on the 2nd pizza for my order. I say ok and go to sit down; I was here a few minutes after the app stated it would be ready but I understand those are never really accurate and was ok with waiting.
I notice the employee also has a Mountain Dew 2 liter he is presumably drinking out of when he can and has what I think is a family phone call on speaker phone, as I do not believe it was any sort of youtube video or movie; but I really can’t tell as he does not respond to anything as he is making my 2nd pizza. I want to note that whatever it was, was not very loud and was not why I could not hear the employee. He finishes up my 2nd pizza and he places both at the pickup area. He says something to me again, but I once again have no idea what he said because they are speaking so low but I confirm that I am good to grab these along with my 2 liter before leaving.
After cooking the pizzas at home, I realized that my special request of asking for crushed red pepper on both pizzas was not added and additionally the stuffed pizza’s crust was egregiously large. I’ve ordered stuffed pizzas from Papa murphy’s before and was pretty disappointed to see how much crust was on the one I received in comparison to other stuffed pizzas I’ve ordered from Papa Murphy’s before.
All this to say that for my family, these pizzas were still enjoyable but had some disappoints. Will definitely consider not coming here again or choosing other Papa Murphy’s locations and somewhat regret tipping in cash.

There was a young guy not sure if he was 18, Rude , childish and attitude. Was in the back and had to wait when he came out , he seemed bothered for having customers. I wont even take pizza for free with such rude behavior.

Placed an online order. Employee says order was never received and couldn’t offer me a refund. He contacts the manager who does find my order but can’t make a mini Murphy pizza because it’s specialty (what??).
I then spend the next hour waiting for this poor employee to hear from his manager and wait for a refund. Can’t provide me any proof, screenshot, anything of a proof of refund.
Absolutely ridiculous. Place needs to be shut down. 2 other groups in their ordering pizzas and had messed up orders. Save your money and your sanity and go to a different papa Murphys (or don’t).
**edit: update for anyone curious, my refund was never processed. Big shock. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company for theft. Never going to this location.

Ordered online and picked up here because I was in the area (yuck) the store is filthy and I was a little nervous after seeing all the meats and toppings.
They probably are not that busy and they looked like they were there for hours. Hopefully I won’t get sick. No one was inside when I arrived not even an employee… very sad because I usually think Papa Murphys is top notch!

Management is the worst they’re over working there employees there was only one person there to make all the pizza and and not get killed by one of the angry customers behind me in line,he was definitely scared of the racist hate thrown in his face so much so he was confused about what to do,there should have been at least two more employees there to help him. My phone order was made 2 hours before I got there and he was apologizing for not having time to make it, and that the other employee just walked out,. You u need to learn how to run and manage a business.i will be checking in to see if you in prove.

Highly disappointed, i always go to this location n always order from the same man.
He had made my pizza incorrectly. I told him it was made wrong n I’d wait for another. As im waiting he says “you guna by another one or what” I said “dang sir, I wasn’t the one who’s had this job all these years n made a pizza incorrectly”. he was so disrespectful n pretty told me to buy another or get out his store. I just didn’t understand why he would yell at customers in front of kids. Might’ve been a bad day for him, I feel incredibly uncomfortable around him to begin with.

I love papa Murthy’s and frequent this location and 2 others. I usually go to the ones near my child’s school, my work, and on our usual errand route. I always order ahead online and 99% of the time it’s ready at the time of pick up. I like them bc they give a reward after EACH visit if you fill out the survey. I miss their cookie dough – they discounted it. :/

Sometimes this location gets busy and orders get backed up so it takes a little longer to get the orders out.. that being said it’d be nice to have a second employee working the store also, theres always just one person in there all the time. Also, they could dust and clean way better in there, it looks gross sometimes. Hints the fact they need more than one employee working all the time.
