I’ve ordered trays from this location before and never had a problem. Put in an order for a tray 24 hours in advance. My husband went to pick it up and they weren’t necessarily rude but just shrugged their shoulders and said they were sold out. No phone call or apology for an unfulfilled advance order. They gave him the cash for that I had paid for the tray. They didn’t include the few dollars I had given for a tip. Not a huge deal but I think that was interesting given that they did nothing for us and kept the tip. Unsure if I will order from them in the future.

Unfortunately, I was turned down. Was not able to be served because I did not place an order in advance, although this location is open for another 2 hours+ today. First time visiting this location and I just wanted to purchase a few pretzels for me and my family. Location although new seems to be overwhelmed today for Super Bowl Sunday. For me shows lack of preparation from management. I was looking forward to try out this newer location, but will likely not return due to this experience. I will say that the staff seemed pleasant they were not disgruntled or mean, but the decision to cut off customers entering the store to me was poor and unwelcoming for a new location and sets a poor precedent for this business.

I stopped in twice in the last week, both times my pretzels were very crunchy. Super disappointing! I used to love coming to this location. No hate at all to the new owners, but I just personally had a better experience before they switched hands. Those pretzels were always so good!

I used to buy pretzels there sometimes , was no problem.
Today everything were changed, young fellow on my order “two dozen of mini pretzels” looked at me with question and later asked “what is dozen” , I understood he does not speak English even to sell pretzels, instead of mini he started to load bag with regular not using gloves or even napkins, another fellow decided to help him by arguing with me “store not sell pretzels by dozen, bur by five. I don’t know may be store change owner, but I wont risk to visit this location

Hi Begemot, we appreciate you coming in and being rude to our employees , and immediately coming to make a review saying our worker doesn’t understand english? You asked for a dozen minis, he told you we sell them in rows of 5 and you continued to ask for a dozen and when he was bagging up your order you told him very rudely if he knew how to count, then another worker came and said he knows how to count just fine and told you we don’t sell minis in rows of 6 we’ve been selling them in rows or 5. Very ironic you’re making a review saying he doesn’t speak english but you can barely put a review together with the correct spelling. We would love to serve you anytime if respect is given. Our employees are humans too

I love this pretzel factory. Everyone who works there is so nice! They’re also really helpful- it’s never a problem getting a pretzel tray, even on short notice. Also, about 90% of the time, the pretzels are fresh and warm. You’re not always guaranteed fresh hot pretzels at any time of day, but it just seems like they’re always right out of the oven here.

Go to a Taste of Philly on Keswick Avenue instead for fresh soft delicious pretzels. They do a much better job than this chain store pretzel place.

Called ahead with a special order for my son’s wedding. They were happy to do it and my order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Super happy with the whe process and outcome. Both employees I dealt with were great!

I made a purchase. I have to ask for a receipt. The one I just saw you crumple up & throw in the trash with the last four of my card number on it and my entire name. I am told it cannot be reprinted or retrieved from the trash because it has mustard on it. Tons of places cater for snacks TONS.
