What is this?!?! I come here all the time and order in person and it’s usually good but the one time I mobile order because they offered free double protein and this is what I get. This was supposed to have double steak, mild salsa, black beans, no corn. I really hate getting on foodservice workers but this is just so lazy. They really do just be hiring anybody. I ordered a chicken bowl online and only got 2 pieces of chicken. Is this a joke? I’ve never seen such a small portion at Chipotle. It was like they gave me half a spoonful. I will never order from there again.

Firstly got so sick off of my bowl last night. Decided to get steak and barbacoa and was having the worse stomach cramps ever where I threw it away. Last night and today I’m super sick. Wish I would have never ate this. Never going back to this location because they obviously don’t care enough about their customers to not give them food poisoning. Also, I don’t care because a lot when in the trash but don’t skimp on your proteins…especially when we pay extra for it. It was a very disappointing bowl all the way around!

899 North Court Medina. I didnt order food I was doing Doordash. I waited over 15 minutes and the dining room was not busy plus three more people waiting for on-line orders. I could see through the door window that nobody was doing on-line orders. One manager (female) was washing dishes the other manager (male) was shredding cheese. I asked an employee if he could check on how much longer on the Doordash order because I had another order in my car and didn’t want it to get cold. He came back and said its in progress, again I was watching through the door and both kept doing dishes and shredding cheese and no one doing on-line orders. The female manager saw me and said “It wasn’t her problem…” Customers orders come first so I had to unassign the Doordash order because it was to long at waiting. This seems to be an issue here of not prioritizing customers orders first. Very unprofessional by saying, “Its not my problem…” Sorry, but it kind of is because you chose to be employed here.

I went in to get my food and it was heavily packed, I waited in line politely waiting for my turn. The worker started telling me to scream my order when i was 5 feet away from the counter. She was heavily rude and her attitude towards me was disrespectful. I asked if I could have extra steak and she rudely said, “we don’t have anymore.” and processed to walk away from me. I had enough of her attitude and went to leave and she kept shouting and being disrespectful. Last time I ordered my food was cold and disgusting. Managers need to step up and do something about this, it’s getting ridiculous.

I visited this location around 7:40 PM (they close at 11 PM) and had a very disappointing experience. The line wasn’t long, but the counter where the food is made was filthy , food was thrown all over, and employees were dragging people’s bowls through it, causing clear cross-contamination. The woman making bowls looked visibly angry and frustrated, and the overall attitude from staff was that no one wanted to be there.
After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, I was told they were out of cheese, sour cream, white rice, queso, and chips. Had I known that beforehand, I never would have waited. The trash cans were overflowing, and the dining area looked poorly maintained.
I ended up with just chicken and brown rice, and no one offered any kind of apology or compensation for the poor experience. I’ve had good experiences with Chipotle before, but this visit was completely unacceptable.

Umm I usually love this chipotle but you may want to consider getting a night manger we didn’t even bother ordering the food bc it was so foul. Crusted containers with old dried food, crusted old food on the counters and pans, dirty old food everywhere dirty counters scrapping old scraps back into pans … I can’t even believe they would give that to people? And then I went to order they scrapped crusted white rice off the pan and counter and said sorry we are out want brown which was also empty and crusted. Not to be mean bc I love chipotle but… what I wish I took a picture bc it was actually that bad I had to walk away …2 stars bc I love this chipotle and it usually is wonderful but this actually foul I’ve worked at many restaurants and have never seen that

Has made me wait a few time even saying some one stole my order then I can see her grab my ticket and go make it I ordered 40 min in advanced she did offer me a bonus I will give her that she asked if I would like anything for the wait like a water. She offered me a free item lol that was priceless won’t lie 20 years in the industry was kinda gold. They have forgot something 60% of the time.
This time I got the meal for 4 wanted to try it for meal prep for work…. Order 2-3 of ur normal burrito pay 20$ less and get more it’s a huge rip off odd portions minimal 50% ingredients huge gimmick for chipotle to save money and give you less just order double all the free stuff and go that route way better and 1/2 the price. Don’t fall for it like I did !!! Also waited 10 extra minutes cause it’s never ready on time and was not even offered a free water this time. Scared for next time I will owe a $ for standing waiting for my order!

We have had continuous problems with this chipotle. Sometimes they are randomly closed, smaller portion sizes often, and long wait times for online orders. We took a break from Chipotle but decided we were ready to go back. When we went yesterday around 7:30/7:45 they were closed. We tried again today. I ordered online, the app said our order was ready but when i arrived i had to wait an additional time. When I got home my husband took out multiple huge chunks of uncooked chicken. We had to throw both of our bowls away. (He had double chicken which was more expensive). I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and getting food poisoning could be harmful for my baby. We are highly upset and disappointed. We have not had good experiences in the past year. This was our final straw.

Pre-ordered my food. Get there no food. Had to present my phone, got treated like an idiot, got the fifth degree even had to spell my name slowly. All you find out they didn’t even make the order. What’s the point of being able to Pre-order food if the staff can decide not to make till you get there? Kinda defeats the point.
